Yup it does help. Now there are only 3 possible hotspot locations left. :) Try them out in this order:

(-23, 169) URL: lon=169&lat=-23
(-23, 168) URL: lon=168&lat=-23
(-23.99999998, 169) URL: lon=169&lat=-23.99999998

tried -23, 169 as well, got 99%...it is in fact -23, 168

When you move your wonder, you get a link (two with colony). Copy the address from the link and paste it to the address bar. Then replace the coordinates in the url with lon=44&lat=-81 and hit enter

I guess I need more instructions?
I didn't get any link or url of any kind?
I clicked on the current location,
checked for a link or url, nothing was there.
moved the wonder,
checked again for the link or url
there was nothing left to do but to confirm the move?
there must be something im missing?
