I know bias opinions will occur if you're in one of these alliances but please honestly vote for who you think has done the best. Things to factor in before voting Who has had the best overall growth? Who has done the best diplomatically (Treaty signings, Public Opinion, etc.)? Who has the built up the best military? Who has gotten the most nukes? etc. Yes, I was bored when I made this. Vote for a sanctioned alliance and a non-sanctioned alliance.
