The investigators seem to need some more time for this. Secondly, the Nordic Confederacy has not yet undertaken any efforts to promote their independent cultures, as per the Brisbane Treaty. As such, I believe that it is time to warn the NC. Should they not promote the cultures within the next months (OOC: IRL ~1 week?), then we will impose sanctions or totally blockade trade-traffic from and to their countries. Currently, they are far behind the Canadian program, as we already are in the process of building a base on the moon. The only possible advantage that they currently have would be funding, with five to ten different nations contributing. Thus, we wish to ask which of the ComIntern nations would like to contribute to the Canadian space program, sending not only money, but also some resources and pilots - which can be trained to be astronauts - and whatever else the individual nation deems useful enough to be sent. In the scenario that all ComIntern nations contribute, the Moonbase-project could be finished far quicker than it would normally, giving us another edge in what could be called a "Space Race". A Note to Dragonisia: Should you decide to contribute, then you are free to ask the Dragon Bloc if those nations want to help, as well. This will be a slightly different vote than usually. Only those nations who indeed want to help will need to send aid.
