I haven't read into the reason why this can't get updated (lack of internet?) but is this data lost forever or when you get back on, can it all get updated? Could someone who does have internet collect the necessary data while you're not able to, for example, and give you the raw data when you get back? I'm not sure how accurate it's liable to be, I haven't updated any bloc info in months.
