The Nuclear Proliferation League participated in all out global nuclear war, having fought in and lost The Grudge War (being ganked by Goons and Nebula X), The Great Resistance (a continuance of the Grudge War, where, against all odds, NPL, continued for months on end against Goons, Mushroom Kingdom, Umbrella, Alchemy, and Europa, with guerrilla warfare), was victorious in The Dave War (against The Resistance and The International), was victorious in The Equilibrium War (seeking vengeance against Goons, rescuing General Wrecking Ball from the Orange Defense Network, and dismantling The International), and was victorious in the Disorder War (once again reminding the Orange Defense Network that Nukes are Greater than Miley Cyrus and smacking around The Phoenix Foundation while writing “Acta Non Verbal” on every missile fired). After so much radiation, so many mutations, the NPL decided to descend into our bomb shelters and wait for citizens to be able to “return to normal.” Ten years later we have emerged from those shelters to find the new normal is boring. This place needs more nukes. Nukes make for radscorpions, molerats, ghouls, and deathclaws. These are the spice of life. These are what make breathing the fallout worth it. It has become the mission of the Nuclear Proliferation League to bring forth the spice of life. Let the bombs fall. Let the radiation, all hail the green glow, multiply. Come forth! Join us in worship of the holy green glow. Look up the flash; feel the blast. Breathe deeply of that which will make you stronger. We have been called forth to convert the downtrodden masses to the glories of our irradiated brethren. All Hail the Bomb. All Hail the Fallout. All Hail the Radiation. All Hail NPL.
