Pretty much this. Unknown micros aren't normally a prime target so there's a low likelihood of counter attacks, and Non Grata is already tied up from all the staggered declarations. Plus nearly all of Unita Societatem is in the lower tier, where no meaningful damage can be taken or dealt out.

Well this certainly seems like a sound strategy. You've got 9 nations in war mode, 7 of which are at or below 2000 NS. Of the two remaining nations, one is in anarchy, the other is at DEFCON 5. Seriously, what the hell is your game plan here?

Uhm... Since I have interacted quite a lot with Los Mitones de Gato, the Unita Societatem representative, I can spread some info he gave us: he informed us in his embassy at R&R that due to otherwordly matters he would have been quite secluded for one month or so...

[OOC: one month long trip to Africa. I'm not aware of changes to that program though ]
