You were already caught calling out an Invicta nation (iirc) for sitting on an infra jump because you didn't know about the third decimal point. Plus, I am fighting some MK targets that have been less than impressive. But I don't extrapolate their performance to the rest of their alliance. [/quote] Try harder bro. 90% of the nations at or above 1000 land have no navies as far as Fark is concerned. That also doesn't excuse their massive amounts of bombers. These are not generalizations - I'm really not reaching here (As a note, I did happen to apologize and eat humble pie as far as that Invicta nation is concerned, which I assure you most folks did not know either. After looking at your AA, I'm 100% sure that your alliance never got that memo. Again, props to them.) Whether or not an individual nation has a navy really depends on the cost/benefit to that nation. I would presume that alliances fighting in defensive wars would be more likely to have less navy due to the cost and NS inflation. But please, continue your audit of Fark nations.
