Honorable mentions go to MHA and Atlantis for (+7.89) and (+7.60) respectively. Something to note, the NPO has gained 8.83 points in the time the GPA has gained 1.65, a passing may be somewhere in the distant future. Thank god I didn't do this from November 9th, the 10th was the day the Legion had a seizure, I would have to have done so many more passes... If anyone sees any mistakes point them out and I'll fix them. It's more like gain a bajillion and lose a bajillion-.19 in two months. Still, I think we need a good war to see which alliances gained fluff, and which gained real strength.
