[/quote] Somehow I expect GOONS will treat this similiar to how NG treated it when I did some tech deals with Wolfpack during my war with them, ignore it due to an ally involved who wouldn't want to see them attacking another ally. If GOONS started causing their own allies to turn on them by pursuing cases like this, they would just be an unusually low Avg NS alliance without any type of power.
