Greetings inhabitants of Planet Bob. Today I come forward to present new information regarding Gotham that are very important to Gothamites. I would however first like to address a few issues concerning the state of internal affairs with Gotham. As some of you might know prior to myself (Helena Cain) taking office there were several events that took place that involved the resignation and banning of my predecessors Garrow and Vampiro. Those unfortunate events cause Gotham to experience a rough time, however I come before you today with the news that Gotham is and has greatly recovered and is more active and growing faster than ever. You know... when I joined Gotham it wasn't with the intension's of climbing the political ladder or to lead an alliance, as a matter of fact I was the Director of Education similar to Laura Roslin for those that are familiar to Battlestar Galactica.

One thing is for certain, it has not been a simple transition there was a lot of trial and error and fire and hire. I can say that we now have a very competent staff that I am very proud to introduce to you all as well as a new Charter that is being displayed now for the very first time:

Pretty awful charter. The Mayor can't be impeached, the council is little more than a "tee hee, we're here!" They don't actually have any power, they 'offer suggestions.' So you have to be in the council to offer suggestions? Why not just be a regular general member and offer suggestions?

Maybe it's time to revise the charter again, aye?

So you finally make a Batman... but he's elected, not even gov, and his job description is "nationalism and rallying the troops"?

This does not bode well for our hero.

I hate to be that person, but 'announcement' is spelled incorrectly in your graphic (which otherwise kicks ass by the way).

Anyhow, best of luck overcoming your recent difficulties (I'm sure there's a story there but I won't inquire), and best of luck with the new charter.
