As far as I know, Oculus has not issued any peace offer to SPATR or MONGOLS, aside from some members of Oculus alliances sending peace offers to some members of SPATR and MONGOLS.

No SPATR or MONGOLS member has ever surrendered to the Oculus. Here is the full story: A few members of SPATR have switched to "Oculus POW" AA. Two of them posted their resignations in the thread on the OWF. However they haven't in fact surrendered. It was explained by Petro (from Sengoku) in the IRON DOW thread: This was further reinforced by a message which was sent by IRON government member to our Leader Sgt Gus (who was baffled why POWs are being attacked). IRON official explained that the nations switching their AA to "Oculus POW" have done so on their own accord and that Oculus is not offering any terms and not accepting any individual surrenders. He further stated that this may change in the future, and in such case a thread with individual surrender terms will be posted on the OWF (which has never happened so far). So long story short, some inexperienced nation rulers (who don't know how individual surrenders work on Digiterra) tried to surrender individually but obviously it didn't work. I don't know why they thought that switching AA and posting on OWF would work. Since World Freedom Federation was sending individual surrender terms to SPATR members, maybe they thought that it will work for Oculus too? Furthermore, the people who tried to surrender were still attacked whilst on the POW AA (since they haven't in fact surrendered, Oculus was still targeting them obviously). So they were not able to restock nukes like you said. And since they were still attacked while on the POW AA, they have returned to SPATR with the exception of one person who is now in third party alliance (and still under attack). There was also one person from MONGOLS who switched to some misspelled version of Oculus POW. I don't know what he was up to though. TL;DR Nobody from SPATR or MONGOLS surrendered individually, because nobody from SPATR or MONGOLS was ever given any individual surrender terms by Oculus. Some people who didn't know better tried to surrender regardless. Obviously it didn't work and they were still attacked. So most of them returned to SPATR.

Good luck, The Sandstorm Confederacy! In January 2014 seven ex-Badlands members were removed from SPATR for various reasons (which effectively ended our merger with Badlands). Emperor Mic was one of those removed from the alliance at that time. He was later allowed to return. So it turns out that if we had not allowed Emperor Mic to rejoin, he wouldn't have been in trouble now.

Persons from SPATR Leadership (as well as other members of SPATR) have ghosted various alliances (to fight in wars) many times without any reprisal. Another example is DBDC which was ghosted by nations from numerous alliances and those ghosts launched wars without any reprisal for their alliances. Bones' sanction against senator from Sengoku is indeed one of the three reasons for this war mentioned in the war declarations, which were issued against MOGOLS and SPATR by various alliances in March. This doesn't change the fact that we are not fighting in the conflict which was started by the attack against Valhalla. Besides, Addaff wasn't the only one person sanctioned by Sengoku senator. Hartfw sanctioned multiple persons shortly before Bones sanctioned him.

Bones was at MONGOLS AA at the time of the sanction. You were the first to attack SPATR AA, so SPATR is on defence. Reavers aggressively attacked SPATR first, then Kaskus countered, which is in fact defensive. So NEW was attacked first. They are also defending SPATR and Kaskus. Your coalition was first to attack TIR AA, so they are on defence. Addaff is not even taking part in the conflict between SPATR and Oculus. As far as I know, he is not a member of any alliance taking part in this conflict on our side. MONGOLS intend to fight in the current conflict as long as SPATR fights in the current conflict. MONGOLS don't intend to keep Addaff at war. IRON (not MONGOLS) is at war with him. You just have set some arbitrary condition for peace with him. MONGOLS have no control over what arbitrary conditions you set for peace with third parties. We have nothing to do with the attack against Valhalla. Besides, even if nobody attacked Valhalla and no sanctions were placed by Bones we would be still fighting more or less the same war which we are fighting now.

I was pointing out what is the state of things, not how things are supposed to be. Besides, only MONGOLS are on the offensive among our Coalition. SPATR, Kaskus, NEW and TIR are on the defensive. So we incited war on the one front (MONGOLS front) and then your coalition started another front by attacking SPATR. I'm not pretending that you are the "bad guys". Actually, I'm not pretending at all. I have only said that I only heard about peace from third parties, not from your coalition. It was a reply to Sephiroth who was another third party speaking about peace (except other third parties have done so outside OWF). Plus I provided a verbatim quotation of NPO leader's words which I think are relevant for my reply to Sephiroth. It is possible that NPO leader has changed his plans, but I don't have any information indicating that. I guess you are referring either to the Bones' sanction against that person from Sengoku or MONGOLS attack against GOONS? Or something else? Anyways, I have just pointed out in which war TIR is involved. It wasn't the full timeline of the war obviously.

All right, thanks for explanation. When certain person posts a treaty (on the OWF to be exact) and the same person is listed as MoFA in the signatures section, then I think it's reasonable to expect that info to be up to date. That's why I was under impression that Franz was MoFA at the time of the announcement. Thanks for clearing that up.

I haven't made any claims about the date the treaty was active from. It's immaterial for me. I'm talking about posting on the OWF, not about posting in other places. For me, this announcement (on the OWF to be exact) of the treaty between SLAP and Atlas is the source of information that nation ruler who attacked my alliance from Umbrella is also MoFA of SLAP. That's why is interesting for me (otherwise I wouldn't be paying attention to this treaty). All other details (when this treaty was negotiated, by whom, when it came into force, where and when it was posted outside OWF etc.) are immaterial for me, as they are not affecting the aforementioned conclusion. So you are arguing about things which I'm not disputing.

The treaty was posted on 9th June. Franz alliance seniority in Umbrella: 5/16/2016 11:04:57 AM (31 Days) So on 9th June Franz was in Umbrella when he posted the treaty. Exactly as I have stated in the post which you quoted. I haven't made any claims about those events. And BTW I'm not saying there is anything wrong with MoFA of one alliance being in other alliance. I'm just saying it's interesting. Especially since my alliance happens to be at war with Umbrella.

So this treaty (between SLAP and Atlas) was posted by a member of Umbrella who is also minister of foreign affairs of SLAP. That's interesting. At least he isn't their minister of defense:

For those who don't know what is going on: TIR is fighting in a conflict between SPATR Coalition (SPATR, MONGOLS, Kaskus, NEW and TIR) and Oculus Coalition (Sengoku, Umbrella, NPO, IRON, NG, VE, Reavers, WFF, GLoF, Gramlins, DT, NoR, FTW). The war started on 15th March when Sengoku declared war on SPATR (they also launched attacks against MONGOLS without formal declaration of war on the same day). Not responding and hoping that everyone forgets about this situation is indeed the best course of action for III Percent. The Plan was to attack GOONS (protectorate of Umbrella). And GOONS were attacked and they are still under attack. Attacking protectorate of Umbrella would lead to a war with Sengoku anyway, as both Umbrella and Sengoku are in Oculus.

This war isn't about NPO. There are two reasons for this war: MONGOLS attacks against GOONS (protectorate of Umbrella) and Bones' sanction against member of Sengoku. So (on the Oculus side of the war) only Umbrella and Sengoku have direct interests in this war. Besides, NPO has sent against us some of its super tier members early. For example, I have fought defensive wars against Dark Lord (top2 in NPO and in the whole Oculus) and Avinoam (top1 in NPO and in the whole Oculus). Both of them had over 20bil war chests. I have only seen one more such war chest in Oculus (Raymond Jaeger from Umbrella). I'm surprised that Umbrella wasn't more involved in fighting us, because they were defending their protectorate after all. I thought we will be fighting mostly against Umbrella in top tier. They are not very good at defending their protectorate, as GOONS are still under attack.

I see. He has written "disbanding afterwards" so I thought that he was referring to possible, future disbandment of some alliances after the war. And besides, DK disbandment wasn't related to Oculus-SPATR war. I know why TAO formed and why TAO disbanded. And I don't claim TAO disbanded due to Oculus. I agree, but that has happened during the course of the other ongoing war (LPCN-Kashmir war). In the Oculus-SPATR war, Oculus attacked the main target (SPATR) directly.

I can confirm that SPATR didn't request help from TAO (or anyone else) in the currently ongoing war. And by the way... What do you mean by that? Is the goal of Oculus Coalition to cause disbandment of the alliances in SPATR Coalition?

Interesting idea. It will probably lead to a big war. I would add a few exclusions: 1) exclude the nations in protected AAs or AAs having treaties (let their protectors or allies deal with the raid); 2) exclude the nations selling tech (tech buyers should take care of protection of their tech sellers); 3) exclude the nations with any military wonders. I also wouldn't interfere in unaligned vs unaligned fights, unless the attacker has military wonders.

Taking into consideration the III Percent recent behaviour towards Monsters Inc, I can say that Monsters Inc are justified in waging this war against III Percent. This is incorrect. For example, Lord Hitchcock was informed (several months ago) of SPATR plans to incite a big war. And that information was secret till the war actually happened.

In the other ongoing conflict (Oculus-SPATR War), the SPATR Coalition has among its ranks 7 out of top 25 in casualties (Timmehhh, gantanX, Death from above 82, Nashorn, Jonesing, kingneptune and myself).

NPO isn't worried about new nations, as they are attacking new nations themselves in the other military conflict in which they are involved (Oculus-SPATR war). The difference is that member of TPF has offered lenient peace terms to the new nation; whereas Oculus isn't allowing anyone, even new nations to surrender individually.

Second message which you posted offers surrender terms to the attacked nation. And those surrender terms are very easy (only switching AA). What's wrong with that? TPF is very lenient here.

So far only Kashmir is under attack by Oculus. SNX was attacked by NpO only and NpO isn't in Oculus as far as I know. The other war taking place right now (Oculus vs. SPATR and allies) has nothing to do with Doom Sphere. SPATR used to be allied to DBDC and DS but those treaties were cancelled long time ago. Even then SPATR wasn't a member of Doom Sphere. We are in de facto block of closely connected alliances (SPATR, Kaskus, NEW and MInc who recently joined this de facto block).

There is no tithe in SPATR. Anyways, you missed the point: bucovina didn't say the info is "secret" or "private". Bucovina said the info is "real". "Real" info doesn't have to be secret. I don't know whether that information is secret or not, so I'm asking.
