My total land was 948.834 mile diameter due to the negative modifier from senate proposal. In the past I was fighting against someone who had more then 1k land in growth, but less then 1k land total due to the negative modifier (from random event I suppose) and I was not able to blockade him or activate a battle support against him due to him not having at least 1k land total. Additionally, a battle support is being used against me as well, while I have less than 1k total land: The damage to technology is 13% higher then it should be with 19870 tech and WRC (he has no Forward Operating Bases). Which coincides with nikko being able to have 13 landing ships at his infra level.

Today I received a naval blockade despite having less than 1000 miles of land at the time of the blockade. My total land is below 1000 miles due to the negative modifier from "Anti Land Expansion" senate proposal. My level of land at the time of the blockade: And the message about blockade:

We (SPATR and MONGOLS) have decided to extend a white peace offer to WFF.

This peace deal is a good move on the part of Monsters Inc. Of course this peace deal doesn't affect the currently ongoing war between WFF and SPATR.

I fought in two global wars on losing side (in 2011 and 2012) whilst most of my side top tier was in peace mode. I knew beforehand that those wars were going to be defeats, but I didn't hide in peace mode although I had such an option.

Those who went to MONGOLS weren't peaceful obviously. Only those who stayed in SPATR were peaceful. Anyways, this attack on the peaceful population won't be forgotten. I received one-time invitation to SPATR. Although originally I were not told that I'm going to receive tech for free. I thought I will have to buy it like before. That was smart of them to not told me in advance, so they know I'm not joining just for free tech (like you would). I was invited because high-rank member vouched for me. This system works for the most part, although it isn't ideal, as we had members leaving and taking with themselves tech or (in case of low-tier nations) money. One of our ex-members is in NPO, BTW. But he was sending tech, not receiving it.

You can think of MONGOLS as armed forces, whereas SPATR proper is civilian population. By attacking SPATR proper Sengoku and company decided to attack peaceful alliance affiliation which wasn't any threat.

Actually, all of SPATR Security Council except for one person (Sgt Gus) are currently in MONGOLS. Probably that was the intended joke in that "comic".

I have no idea what you are referring to. All SPATR treaties are still valid. This war changes nothing in this regard. Our treaties are: 1) MDOAP+ with Kaskus, 2) ODOAP with NEW, 3) PIAT with MInc, 4) Merger and perpetual protection treaty with Badlands, 5) Pink Economic Co-Prosperity Settlement with Kaskus, DBDC, TOP and Argent. Yes, Bones is included in the process of our (SPATR) treaties.

Just one more misconception I forgot to address previously: SPATR treaties are not decided by any single person. SPATR treaties are decided by the SPATR Leadership as a whole. Entering into treaties and cancelling treaties requires unanimity in the SPATR Leadership.

Some persons here are confusing two wars against TDO: 1) the 1st one was MK remnants and DBDC vs. TDO and some others (in 2013) 2) the 2nd one was SPATR vs. TDO (in 2014) The SPATR vs. TDO war was declared because one nation from TDO spied on SPATR member. So in self-defence, like I said.

It's simple: Bones sanctioned you as member of MONGOLS, not as a member of SPATR. If you declare war on Bones, you don't necessarily declare on SPATR (customary rule: member not currently on the SPATR AA is not entitled to protection). But if you declare on SPATR, you always declare on Bones (customary rule: SPATR proper under attack - every member defends regardless of AA).

Sgt Gus is author of grand strategy (that is strategy of building small, but powerful alliance), not the author of the Plan. To make things simpler: MONGOLS = warmongers SPATR = peacefull You attacked both.

When you declare war on SPATR then you declare war on Bones too, since he is member and one of SPATR Leaders. So why this redundancy? And why the saxon genitive? (I'm just curious). Years? I thought it was only half a year. I didn't recall any hostility towards your alliance before that time frame. But if it really were years, then you are acting slowly... I'm not sure whereas you are directing those words at Bones or SPATR as a whole. In any case, I know I like war. Most of my casualties are from the wars of aggression which I have myself started. Everyone who has signed up to take part in the Plan likes war. However SPATR proper is very peaceful alliance. We never declare war, unless in strict self-defence, as was the case with war against TDO. And most of SPATR nations didn't even launched attacks against them allowing time for peaceful solution. That was in accordance with orders from our Leader Sgt Gus. Yes, the war is going to last a long time, we know it. Fortunately Sgt Gus' grand strategy is working. We are well prepared. GOONS shouldn't have bullied the original MONGOLS and they wouldn't be in trouble now. And you (Umbrella) also declared war on the original MOGOLS to enable GOONS extortion tactics. Not to mention that your alliance (Umbrella) has been aiding known SPATR enemy Rey the Great for the past several months. So your alliance was the first one to commit an act of war against SPATR.

The war with Sengoku is more or less random, as it was prompted by Bones' sanction. The war with GOONS and (by extension) Umbrella isn't random. Have you ever heard about GOONS-MONGOLS war that took place in 2012? After that war, the group of ex-MONGOLS, led by Sgt Gus, founded SPATR. They received help with rebuilding from Bones. Sgt Gus developed a grand strategy to build small, but very strong alliance. Do you understand now why the war against GOONS was started by MONGOLS? Personally, I don't care about GOONS or Umbrella one way or another. I wasn't member of the original MONGOLS. I joined SPATR in January 2014. I didn't have to take part in the Plan. Everyone had option to leave. But just leaving and taking with myself that 40k tech which I received free of charge (I had about 20k tech when joining SPATR)? And leaving people who saved my skin when I started aggressive wars against FAN, TCB and WAPA? That would be dishonourable. So I'm with SPATR till the end.

And how Sengoku is "playing politics" currently? They are fighting war which is pointless from political point of view. SPATR and Kaskus are at very peripheries of the so called treaty web. And MONGOLS has no treaties, just like GPA or Kashmir. Of course Sengoku senator was sanctioned, so they had to respond to this. But politically they don't gain anything. Unless I'm missing something.

Aside from SPATR and MONGOLS, Sengoku is also attacking Kaskus (close ally of SPATR) without formal declaration of war. Additionally SPATR is under attack from "alliance" Reavers, "ally" of Sengoku. They haven't issued a formal declaration of war though. SPATR Military Doctrine (enacted by our Leader Sgt Gus) stipulates that SPATR won't request assistance from our allies in case of direct attack. But we won't stop them from coming to our aid either. And we are indeed receiving help. I would like to thank our allies Kaskus for providing assistance against Reavers. I would also like to thank our friends Monsters Inc for attacking World Freedom Federation, a protectorate of Sengoku and Reavers. This is a reprisal action. Sengoku attacked SPATR, although it was MONGOLS who sanctioned their senator, not SPATR. Now MInc is letting Sengoku and their associates taste their own medicine. So once again, thanks Monsters! If you are so keen on fighting against SPATR and/or MONGOLS, you can join one of the alliance affiliations which we are at war with. I'm going to list them for your convenience: 1) Sengoku 2) Reavers 3) Goon Order of Oppression, Negligence, and Sadism (GOONS are only at war with MONGOLS.) SPATR membership is actually very stable. It is seldom that someone is granted membership or that someone resigns or has his membership rescinded. You are probably confusing people switching alliance affiliations with actual membership being granted or rescinded. Bones offered you to remove that sanction right away (with my support for this decision - because of my ancient ties to RIA), but you refused and instead you were complaining about sanction in this venue. And now you just can't wait to fight us... No there won't be any diplomatic solution. SPATR was directly attacked. And Sgt Gus told us long time ago what will happen if SPATR is directly attacked. If someone doesn't like Gus' SPATR Defence Plan they can leave. I'm with SPATR till the end... Bones is senator and he decides who to sanction, not SPATR Leadership. Only once SPATR Leadership interfered with it. That was when Bones sanctioned two members of Animalz on GOONS request. SPATR Leadership decided that sanctions against Animalz should be lifted and that no sanction request from GOONS should be ever granted. And Bones removed those sanctions. SPATR wouldn't have responded to attack on MONGOLS. That was key part of The Plan. The Plan wasn't even created by Bones. It was created by some other high-rank SPATR members. Sanction against hartfw wasn't part of The Plan. It was just Bones' improvisation. The war with Sengoku is hence only a distraction. But The Plan is also being set in motion.

I haven't threatened anyone. And I haven't said that SPATR will do nothing. SPATR aided Monsters Inc when they were at war with Oculus. Oculus is far more powerful then Doom Kingdom, even combined with all its principals and subordinates. So we took far greater risk. We are not concerned with the risk. We are concerned with the fact that this war involves TAO and MInc on the opposing sides. Monsters Inc were approached about the possible financial aid during this war. And they have communicated that they don't need any. This is tactful move on the part of Monsters Inc, as (like I said above) we (SPATR) need to take into consideration that TAO and MInc are on the opposing sides of this war. This puts us in an awkward position. I can confirm that Commander Bean's actions are not supported by SPATR Leadership at this point.
