Going to echo what others have said. More paths of specialisation and for the love of all things holy implement something be it a wonder, improvement or even a trade resource that specifically helps the lower tier and/or the middle grow more efficiently. It's a meat grinder out there.

Of course I do. It's why I said no to chimmy when he first tried to poach me from TIO. The thought of being in the same AA as all of these former IAA sorts made me want to dry heave. The best part about MI6 are the people they have poached and that somehow they managed to redeem Myth. :P Which brings me to the next quote I have the misfortune of replying to. Anyone who knows me (and plenty within MI6 do) knows that I never blindly back a person simply because they are a friend, ally or whatever. I also know only too well I am not the most favoured person in MI6 and I would probably be rejected if I ever did apply there (yelled at too many of their current members for various reasons) which probably would put me in the same company as Tywin and you probably as far as rejected applications go :P Basically you have no idea what you are talking about. The sole reason I am responding to the likes of magic is because he along with a few others represents the absolute worse that GATO has now left to offer. GATO used to be an alliance that stood for something, they were pummeled for years, took beatings that other alliances disbanded over and still they produced in my eyes anyway quality level leadership that a person could reason with. Even when GATO was relegated to punching bag status they still managed to show other alliances a standard for decent leadership. That all changed after karma when they entered CnG, lo and behold suddenly the lanores, darths and magics came to positions of leadership and the alliance I respected for years became an absolute joke. I was in GATO for awhile and I left out of disgust from seeing that these so called leaders were intent on nothing more than turning one of the oldest alliances in this game into nothing more than a lackey. Whilst I was at TIO it was often stated that if it wasn't for the likes of kubla and dream that a cancellation would be in order and when you look at what GATO currently has and has had for the last few years... Why wouldn't you? They are the disgrace to the memory of the GATO that we all once knew. The WAE tag was a few years early but they surely deserve it now.

Every time I enter #MI6 hordes of secret agent poachers with British accents attempt to poach me. MI6...please stop attempting to poach from the hand that protects you :P On a serious note though, poach these micros till there is nothing left. Save the members of these micros from the sheer boredom that is associated with being in an alliance that at most only ever has 3 people active.

I am a Queenslander and I actually hope NSW wins this year so I can get excited for next year. It's been really boring seeing the same team win it every year for the last 8 years.

If you want more wars bring back the old team system where only one AA per team could receive sanctioned status.

Or just a 2nd server where everyone can start fresh.

I wish GOONS had 1000 members so they could just apply the "you need above this many members to be an official alliance, don't have it then too bad, enjoy the raiding" principle. That way we wouldn't see constant micros forming every week that add nothing to bob and are in reality nothing else than testaments to certain individuals need for apparent power and influence by having their own AA.

I don't believe there is stability therefore it does not exist. :P Every single alliance that has been the dominant influential power in this game has eventually been replaced by another and so on. Every single alliance or bloc that has been the dominant force in this realm witnessed its fall when its own power began to decline for whatever particular reason. I would like to see some proof of this bold statement. I had numerous conversations with Vlad on IRC during my time in NPO regarding past events within NPO and not once did he ever mention anything close to this. Not that I like to emulate Brehon's famous response to a certain Umbrellian but back it up or be dismissed as a liar.

I am sure the likes of ONOS, GOLD, VE 1.0, NAAC and even GATO would be in full agreement with you if they hadn't been stomped by overwhelming military might during your so called period of stability. Stability is a myth and if you think the current state of affairs is stable then you are sorely deluded. No surprise there though.
