I hereby declare the following actions to be performed in the nation of Uller once hostilities cease and our environmental engineers declare that all urban areas are safe to enter again: 1) All members of NSO will receive three days of free lodging and expenses at any of our 4 star resorts. 2) Once our navy is rebuilt the new design will be for our carriers will be the "Moldavi Class" 3) The NSO flag will be flown, within the laws of our country, alongside our national and alliance flags for a period of 1 year after the cessation of current hostilies. 4) Our poet laureate will be tasked with writing and performing a work dedicated to NSO on the first state of the union address following cessation of hostilities o/ NSO o/ Ivan Moldavi Heft

Dear Sparta, In my 3+ years of playing CN I have rarely faced such fierce and well coordinated teams of warriors as the ones attacking me now. When these wars expires could you please send 3 more just like them so the fun may continue. P.S. sorry for making them glow, but it is war time and nothing says love like a big freakin glow stick!

I suggest Cataduanes take a look at the education department over there as it appears they still haven't figured how to get their new members to keep their members feet out of the mouths and their heads out of the sand. I'd also suggest that you go out into the great big bad world and meet people from other alliances so you can form an opinion rather than coming here and parroting the party line. We never changed, we just stuck by our friends and they happened to have this uncanny knack of being winners - compared to how things are run in your alliance I can see how you get your misconceptions. I am glad to see we amuse you and hope that there's enough of us left to give a good punchline by the time you finally make it over to see us. There is no animosity on our end and I have never seen anything but good relations between IRON and NpO. This is the kindest assessment I have seen since this whole affair exploded into existence, I'm sending you a tin of caramel corn and a case of beer. Did your government issue an SoP for obfuscating known political relations and stances? I have yet to see anything from your alliance but vitriol and distortions from the top down. At one point I thought that the differences between us were limited to our respective leaders and that there was still many good relations between individual members built over years of working together, but I guess I was wrong and see now that "Orange Unity" was never in your hearts. I am saddened that you now have the opportunity to express that which you have hidden away for so long, but it is probably therapuetic for you and at least that is doing some good with all this. This is probably the best summation of the general feelings about now.

I, for one, shall do my part to be a respectful and diligent opponent. To the three Spartans who orchestrated their attacks upon my nation - tell your leaders that you have earned your medals from the initial blitz alone for this war. To the people who don't understand the new Grand Strategic planning for wars: 20 minutes for 80 attacks against a limited set of targets in a war that was not expected to open up so soon is downright amazing.

I am saddened to see that you're still bitter after all this time since you left us. Regardless of the outcome of this war IRON will be here. I expect that your ire and gloating will ebb and flow with the tides of battle. You're going somewhere? After I dig myself out of the debris that used to be my HQ I'll have my Secretary send over a tin of caramel corn and a case of our finest beer. Personally I hope that you find the entertainment you desire and that it adds a flavorful, yet unknown, spice to your regular missives. And I hope that you get all that you deserve as Heir Apparent. May IRON have mercy on you when your time comes. So when we don't post we're too quiet and when we do we're annoying. I'm going to try and be more active just for you. In the grand tradition of "God awful poor IRON posts": I am under no illusions that this war is a continuation of what was started earlier this year: the complete eradication of the previous power structure. By this I mean that our enemies are using every trick in the book, plus several new ones, to get every alliance that was a supporter of the "Pax Pacifica" regime (that have not grovelled their way into submission) as far out of the top 100 as they can. If this war doesn't accomplish that goal there will be another one not long after this conflict ends again and again until our enemies feel they can dress up in a flight suit and declare "Mission Accomplished". The current stalemate is just a new form of brinkmanship and will not last. There is no moral high ground for either side, only a strong disdain to outright hatred for the other side and anyone who claims otherwise is deluding you and themselves. When the time comes I will execute my orders faithfully and fight for my alliance as best I can. I hope to bring a good fight to my opponents and wish them all the best of luck. Until then all the PR flaks are going to continue to malign my alliance, our allies and individual members mercilessly as they have shown through past actions that this is their strong suit. Your words do not bother me only your actions. Happy New Years' and I look forward to the day when we meet in battle.
