    Can confirm the same thing on my end. http://i.imgur.com/Qpiqiwx.png EDIT: Thinking back, I recall having the option to fire a nuclear weapon even before I had the option to fire upon the two nations I declared war on yesterday. Not sure if that'll help for bug fixing but there you go.
