1. Port Sudan "Say that to my face again," Bob screams. "You are a poser," replies Mustapha. Bob gives Mustapha a hard stare, the sort of stare that melts plate steel, the sort of stare that makes a man wonder if he's about to meet his maker in a blaze of gunfire and machete chops, and Mustafa returns the stare without a flinch. Bob stops glaring at Mustapha long enough to lean back in his chair and take another drink from his glass of Jack Daniels. "You want any?" asks Bob. "No sir," replies Mustapha. "I should kill you myself you realize," Bob mutters. "But you won't," retorts Mustapha. "No I won't, you stood with me and the boys outside of Dengali and didn't budge an inch," remarks Bob. "I did my share," mummurs Mustapha as both he and Bob stare out the window to remember that long ago day. The memories of it bring a flinch of anguish to Bob's face and a somber look to Mustapha's normally grim features. "You remember Barney?" asks Bob as he laughs a bit. "How could anyone forget Barney?" Mustapha asks back. The two men start to laugh as the years begin to fall away one by one as they retreat into the past to retell the story that defines the African Legion. "I saw him the other day," comments Mustapha. "Yeah?" asks Bob as one of his eyebrows perks up quizzically. "He's here in Port Sudan and pondering re-enlisting in the Legion, but worries that his age might keep him out." "Doubtful, I have all the old lag's names on file. He won't be seeing frontline duty at his age but he certainly won't be turned away. The Legion takes care of its own." "He took care of the Legion at Dengali, it is fitting that we take care of him," muses Mustapha as he rubs the side of his face with the three remaining fingers on his left hand. "We are family, no more needs to be said," returns Bob. "How many brothers did we loose at Dengali?" asks Mustapha. "Three forty one," Bob says with a visibly painful look etched across his face as he lifts the glass to his lips and drinks down half of the remaining contents. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 21 years earlier, Outside of Dengali "Sargeant, Are the sentries positioned?" asks Mad Dog. "Yes sir," replies the dagger thin little dark skinned man. "Good, keep them on full ready, no telling when the AMLF will be along," orders Bob as he moves to the side of the road. He slides his well used AK-47 rifle into his hands as he whispers, "You are not my friend," and shuts his eyes for a brief moment to clear his mind of those thousand and one niggling doubts that eat at him from time to time. In the back of his mind he hears the voice of his mentor that whispers advice to him from time to time. Today, it is no different, he hears the voice of the gunslinger that taught him everything he knows about the art of gunslinging telling him to check his pistols. Never being the sort to ignore good advice he leans his rifle against a tree and draws out the pair of hand tooled .45 pistols. With deft movements borne of hundreds of hours of practice he works the actions and checks the chambers to ensure a pair of deadly hollowpoints are loaded into their hungry maws. The Para Ordance .45 Caliber pistols with their ported barrels and thick pachyderm pads to dampen the pistols recoil fill his hands and mind with a comforting feeling. The pistols, well used, have been Mad Dog Bob Denard's faithful companions in love and war for the last ten years. Ten years of warring in the old school tradition of men and guns versus other men and guns at near pointblank range. No sophisticated technological advantages, no laser guided geegaws, just hard determined men willing to fight for the right to stand by their convictions. The Legion grew from the actions of Bob who slaughtered a dozen or so rapists in the dead of night to a body of men who have carved a bloody path across the heart of Africa. Mercenaries fight for money, and Bob and his men are no different in that regard. However, while they fight for money to sustain themselves they also carefully choose their contracts. Dengali, a poor town of farmers being threatened by the African Marxist Liberation Movement hired Bob and his men to defend them. The handful of currency, gold, and diamonds barely covered the expenses of the Legion, but being halfway into the poor house is more common than not for the Legion. Mad Dog Bob Denard listens to the smooth click of the hammers as the drop on the empty chambers of his pistols. The sound helps him clear his mind even if he knows that doing it to often may well lead to the top of the firing pins breaking off. He carefully wipes down his pistol, wipes down the thick deadly rounds that he feeds back into their clips, and loads his weapons before returning them to their holsters. His mind is clear, his hands are steady, and his resolve is firm. "Marsh Bob," whispers his Sargent. "Yes?" asks Bob as he digs himself just a bit deeper into his position. "Sentries spotted the Commies," replies the Sargent. "Pass the word," replies Bob as he once again lives by one of his commandments of war. He only has four commandments that he's devised over time. The first commandment states that what can go wrong will go wrong. The second claims that the legion marches on its stomach. The third demands that everyone single member of the legion must be kept well informed at all times. The fourth illustrates the need for dedication to completing the mission. "Right away Marsh Bob," replies his Sargent as he low crawls to the next position. One of the key problems facing Mad Dog Bob Denard and the Legion is the disparity of numbers. The four hundred men of the Legion are vastly outnumbered by the nearly two thousand men of the AMLF. In Bob's mind this means he'll just have to fight harder and fight dirtier than the the rest. To do this he's deployed his four hundred men in a simple 'L' shaped ambush quite a distance from the city of Dengali. Bob turns to face his signal's officer and holds up three fingers on his left hand. The signals officer nods and waves a brown flag three times. The mortar crews quietly prepare their charges as they wait for the confirmation to fire. Along the entire line not a single member of the African Legion speaks, coughs, farts, or whispers. Their positions are well camouflaged, their weapons loaded, and their lines of advance and retreat are well prepared. Of course, none of this took into account the first commandment which states what can go wrong will go wrong. Bob groans quietly inside of himself as he hears the clanking and snorting of what sounds like a tank. He motions to his signal's officer again as he gives the man a series of complicated hand gestures. The officer waves a flag again and in a few moments he responds to Bob's query with a set of complicated hand gestures of his own. Bob shrugs as he learns that it is one tank with a several heavy trucks full of men. He had not been expecting a tank, but his planning had taken the possibility into account. As the AMLF enters the kill zone two things happen at the same time. A team of African Legion men sight in on the tank with their RPG-16 and another team prepares to fire their remote detonated anti-vehicle mine that is positioned in the center of the road. As they prepare the rest of the Legion is informed that the tank will be hit first and then the rearmost vehicle via hand signals. The practice the men put into communicating in such a fashion makes it a fairly efficient process and the word spreads quickly. Bob watches in silence as the tank lumbers up the road. Whatever doubts about his plan evaporate as his heart begins to thump. Deep inside he feels a primal sort of hate rising up in him. He encourages this hate as it helps him take the lives of others with a wanton disregard for his own moral values. Battle and Africa has no room for the tired morals of the Western world. In Africa it is kill or be killed. Bob's face is impassive as he watches the command detonated mine explode with a violent roar that lifts the front of the tank completely off the ground. This just wasn't any mine that Bob had deployed. The trip over to Dengali afforded the scroungers of the Legion to pull together a few small extras. Some of these extras were poured into a large barrel and mixed with diesel fuel by the Legion's bomb maker Mustapha. Bob wanted AMLF to be shocked into a cowering state of terror from the very first shot fired. The low order explosive charge in the middle of the road was further supplemented by a tired old Soviet anti-vehicle mine. The bottom of the tank being thinner than the rest of the vehicle doesn't stand up to the explosive force all that well. The resulting detonation blows the turret completely off the vehicle. This is the signal the men have been waiting for and with it given they open fire with everything they have.

The other 10 squadrons are currently in the air with 10 squadrons of bombers awaiting the word to being sorties over enemy territory. We will dig in at the border near Khartoum until we have orders to engage or we come under fire. Respectfully yours, Field Marshal Charles Langlinais Louisianan Armed Forces
OOC: no.. you will ask me for permission first. I highly suggest a revision.
8. "What is this?" asks Mad Dog. "Dragon Cult website," replies his assistant. "We are legion, we nevar forget," mutters Bob as he wanders off to find something else to do. "The Official Government Policy of the Sudanese Republic is to publicly mock those weinerheads who see fit to block such a website and to ridicule them as worrywarts and fart sniffers." -Mad Dog Bob Denard "The Official Official Government policy set by the appropriate authorities, and not Mr. Denard, is the Sudanese Republic does not endorse or encourage censorship. We will allow our citizens to make the choice of what they will browse on the internet," states President Thomas Mbembe as he collectively facepalms for the entire Sudanese government at Mr. Denard's less than tactful choice of words.
9. Port Sudan Mad Dog Bob Denard is onhand to personally greet the incoming PRC contigent. As they disembark their planes they are ushered to a dispersal area and equipped with African Legion Uniforms and equipment. Some of the equipment is old, but in good condition. The rifles are the trusty FN FAL 7.62x51 rifles that have been slowly phasing out the original supply of Artican weapons. With the rifles are the highly dependable 7.62x51 SAW weapon that is currently being produced in limited numbers. Mortars, rocket launchers, helmets, boots, rucksacks, canteens, medical kits, socks, shirts, underpants, and body armor are doled out as well. Once equipped the men are formed into formation and presented to Mr. Denard. He examines them with his trademark harsh glare and finally says, "You swear to fight and die for the African Legion for the duration of this conflict?" He waits a few moments for their answer before snorting and saying, "Of course you do, you'll all be presented with your shoulder patches, pay books, identity cards, and orders shortly." Mr. Denard takes a few moments to speak with the newly formed 6th Battalion before moving on to the next item on his agenda that seems to grow much longer with each passing day of this conflict. Prior to leaving he hands the Commanding Officer of the 6th Battalion the following written orders: "Proceed down Red Route 1 until you reach the border. Once at the border link up with the 501st Independent Company and commence joint operations that will include, but are not limited to, sweeping east until reaching the sea and setting up for interdiction of possible NoN inflitrators. You will be joined by a platoon of African Legion scouts and snipers to provide you with a group of men familiar with the local area. Likewise, you'll be equipped with water tankers, rations, and other equipment needed to properly operate in this environment. Be advised, water is extremely scarce in this area and it is strongly encouraged that you keep a reserve on hand at all times." Further orders are sent to Colonel Fitzroy of the 501st: "Link up with 6th Battalion and coordinate your operations with them. They'll hold the coast you go raise hell when and where you can. Don't get to far out of reach as this makes extracting you extremely difficult. You'll be given a platoon of African Legion Scouts and Snipers to assist you in your operations." Red Route 1, 2, and 3 With operations halted due to lack of airsupport water supplies are critical. Mr. Denard decides to pull back the majority of the forces in place in order to shorten his lines of supply. It is hoped that the growing number of vehicles will soon be able to support regiment sized operations in the very near future. Until then the 1st Battalion plus a Services and Support companies are left in place will the remainder of the forces are quickly pulled back to Port Sudan. Those forces left behind are given orders to fall back if engaged and to actively patrol the Red Routes to prevent possible NoN sabotage. The returning battalions are quickly formed up near the Artemis Camps to make use of the water supplies, kitchens and other facilities needed to keep them in good health. With the arrival of the PRC Javelins teams are set up and dispersed across the Port Sudan International Airport to provide close in anti-aircraft support. Special Forces squads are currently roaming the area looking for possible infiltrators, and the 5th and 6th Regiments are in the midst of a exhausting training evolution designed to test them to their very limits.

12. Most Secret To: PRC From: Mad Dog Bob Denard We'll be happy to have them. Do you think it is possible you can send them with a good supply of some sort of ground to air missiles launchers? We are extremely short of this item. Upon arrival I'll induct your men into the African Legion and make them the Provisional 6th Battalion for the duration of the war. They'll remain under the command of their own officers. This Battle Flag is being authorized for their use during out service: This shoulder patch will be authorized for wearing on their African Legion Uniforms: Each man will be issued with official African Legion identification papers, pay book, and orders. By doing this we hope that they'll be formally recognized as SDF troops and given proper care should they be captured. Given the animosity between my government and NoN we feel this is a wise precaution. However, I believe that all efforts will be met to treat any prisoners they capture from our forces with great care and dignity due to the same level of care afforded to allies of NoN in the Red Sands War some years ago. -Mad Dog OOC: They can come but I'll need you to role play them. Most Secret To: Jack Hawk From: Mad Dog Bob Denard As your men are sworn into the African Legion for the duration of their stay we've branched them off into their own Independent Company titled the 501st Independent African Legion Company a formal shoulder patch. 13. Port Sudan International Airbase Dozens of SDF Special forces operatives are busy making ready for the next movement. Having just been pulled of the field they are finding themselves somewhat surprised at their new assignment. Their orders read: Most Classified: Prepare for aerial drop by taking on a full load of special purpose munitions. C-130s and other aircraft will be made available just before you mission. The one hundred and eighty special forces troopers pass their time by cleaning their weapons, sleeping, running, and playing football. Their equipment being some of the best the SDF can muster is kept immaculately clean. Their special purpose explosive demolitions charges and anti-personnel devices are kept with their kit for the purposes of rapid deployment. For the most part they wander the base just trying to stay out of the way of any eagle eyed Sudanese Loadmaster looking for an idle pair of hands to put to work. The Specfor operatives aren't the only one being redeployed away from the front. The African Legion 2nd Battalion and 3rd Battalion is deployed to the Airbase as well. They to have a special mission of their own. The four hundred men are carefully deployed to extend the 20th Battalion's current perimeter. With those two battalions comes the 2nd and 3rd Battalions of the 4th Regiment to extend the perimeter even further. The positions created throughout the base are carefully designed to give the soldiers manning them a 360 degree field of fire. Dozens of heavy machine guns are placed to provide a heavy volume of fire should it be needed. They are heavily reinforced with sandbags, cement, and steel shutters. The growing base is further provided with over 3 dozen 82 millimeter mortars and crews to man them. To the east of the Port Sudan Airbase the men of the newly formed 5th and 6th Regiments are being put through their paces. They are incredibly green soldiers, their officers newly trained, but they are well-equipped and in good spirits. Their primary and only responsibility is the defense of Port Sudan. they are pure infantry formations with no attached mechanize support given the scarcity of vehicles. However, their mission being a static one presents no need of a heavy mechanized component. They are given a certain advantage that the rest of the field forces lack. That being the use of the only battery, of 12 weapons, of 105 millimeter howitzers. These artillery pieces, considered antiquated by some, are still in good repair and are well supplied. With them are thirty very old, but in good working condition, Katyusha 132mm truck mounted rocket launchers. There are also the four Patriot missile batteries that the Sudanese technicians are learning to operate under the tutelage of the New Canadian forces. All of these weapons are carefully dispersed throughout the city of Port Sudan. Given the civilian casualties incurred by the Sarnungian Republic a general civilian evacuation is being made to cities farther up to the coast. The Artemis Soldiers are shown to their camps that are divided into groups of five thousand. This keeps the strain on the Port Sudan water and sewer systems down to a minimum. Each camp is equipped with a large mobile kitchen, bathing area, tents, and sports equipment to keep the Artemis forces occupied until they are sent to the front, which shouldn't be too much longer. The majority of the tents are large army surplus tents found in an abandoned warehouse stamped with the markings of an Army long since gone from Africa. While the Artemis forces see to their own security in the individual camps the cooking and such is handled by the Sudanese Defense Force. Red Route 1 The men of the 1st Regiment are hard at work digging in. With additional airdefense units delivered they are ordered to hold in place. Their commander keeps them busy by having them running local patrols and entrenching themselves for protection against air attacks. No one really comments on the company of African Legion troopers that pass through their lines to join the African Legion 5th Provisional Battalion at the border. Red Route 2 The men of the 2nd Regiment occupy their time in the same manner of the men of the 1st Regiment. Local patrols and digging in. Some of them are excited as they are mere miles away from Khartoum and rumors are flying that they may well be seeing action soon in order to snatch the jewel of Sudan back from the forces of NoN. Nothing has been confirmed, but rumors as always have a tendency of getting around. Either way, the common heritage shared among the men of the 2nd Regiment and those in Khartoum excite them all for the potential of a few family reunions. Red Route 3 The men of 3rd Regiment having the farthest to go are just now arriving. They set to work fortifying their position with swift movements. Their job is simple, prepare for movement all the way to the border in support of a possible Sarnungian offensive.
14. TOP/IRON/TORN/DAWN should pay reps so steep that they think long and hard before doing something stupid in the future. Really, you put yourselves in this situation and your nonstop verbal squirts got old the middle of last week.
15. Reps for Iron, TOP, TORN, and DAWN should be staggering enough to make them think twice before they even consider doing something so stupid ever again. Also, congrats CSN -firestorm Aka, "Jimjilbarf"
16. Pm me here on the forums as I'm not prone to checking this thread all that often, and thanks for your help. We've done a slew of tech deals in the last day or so giving most everyone on that list a harbor.
17. Bob scans the jungle in front of him. An insect bites his leg but he does not move to swat it away. Movement at this time could be fatal and Bob is an expert at surviving. His FN FAL 7.62x51 rifle is held snugly to his shoulder. His target is in sight and he is ready to fire. He double checks and triple checks his target as he looks for any identifying marks of the African Legion, but only seeing the top of the man's head doesn't help much.He breathes in, lets it half out, aims, squeezes the trigger, and then stops as he realizes he is aiming at one of his own men who has stepped out into the open and revealing himself. Such is the nature of jungle warfare, in which the poor lines of sight often can lead to improperly identifying targets. Bob quietly waits as he believes it won't be much longer before this Braddock and his roller skating sidekicks will be along. Until then he'll quietly bide his time in the heat and stink of the jungle. He'll ignore his pain, he'll ignore his thirst, he'll ignore everything but the overwhelming desire to complete his mission. Bob's ears jerk slightly as he hears a voice singing in the distance, "I was cheated by you, and I think you know when." He scans the jungle carefully and he spots the singer. It isn't Braddock or the rollerskaters, it is someone new this time. An older woman that looks much like Meryl Streep. He blinks, takes a long drink of water, and looks again in total disbelief. As he watches her he says to himself, "I gotta stop drinking so much." Bob continues to watch as Meryl sings: "So I made up my mind, it must come to an end Look at me now, will I ever learn? I don't know how but I suddenly lose control There's a fire within my soul Just one look and I can hear a bell ring One more look and I forget everything" Bob watches in total shock as his men begin to drop their weapons and dance along to the music. He stands up and shout, "Oi! Pick up your weapons and get back to your positions you morons!" They ignore him as Meryl sings: "Mamma mia, here I go again My my, how can I resist you? Mamma mia, does it show again My My, just how much I've missed you? Yes, I've been broken-hearted Blue since the day we parted Why, why did I ever let you go? Mamma mia, now I really know My my, I should not have let you go" Bob grabs a man by his collar and shakes him as he says to him, "Get your rifle and get back to you position you idiot!" Bob is ignored again, but this time Bob isn't taking no for an answer. He places the muzzle of his rifle to the Legionairre's head and says, "You have to the count of five to get back to your position before I pump a slug into your head!" "Sir, just feel music," the soldier responds as he dances. Meryl sings: "Wrong: Right: I was angry and sad when I knew we were through I can't count all the times I have cried over you Look at me now Will I ever learn I don't know how But I suddenly loose control There's a fire within my soul. Just one look and I can hear a bell ring One more look and I forget everything" Bob lowers his rifle as he watches his command of some of the hardest men in the SDF dancing around. In total disbelief he finds his own feet starting to move to the music. His soldiers cheer him on as he leans his rifle against a tree and really starts to get down to the funky beat. Meryl sings: "Mamma mia, here I go again My my, how can I resist you? Mamma mia, does it show again My, my, just how much I've missed you? Yes, I've been brokenhearted Blue since the day we parted Why, why did I ever let you go? Mamma mia, now I really know My my, I should not have let you go" Before long Bob is so busy dancing he doesn't even notice the eighty foot Stay Puff Marshmellow Man that walks by. Bob's a fairly observant guy most of the time. However, for some inexplicable reason his dancing partner, a tree, has all of his attention as he boogies along to Meryl's music. Clearly, the hunt for Braddock has entered an entirely new chapter of insanity.

19. Most Secret To: Jack Hawk From: Mad Dog Bob Denard By all means send the mobile Patriot AA systems. How about I place your men with my 5th Provisional Battalion and allow them to participate in our over-the-border operations against NoN? -Mad Dog
20.
Private to Mad Dog Bob Denard On behalf of the Canadian Government, I would like to deploy a company of Green Jackets (200 men) to Sudan to aid your military. The Green Jackets are a light infantry regiment, they march at 140 paces per minute as oppose to the other army units which march at only 120. They are specialist marksmen, every one of them, they march harder and faster than any other Canadian unit and they fight with pinpoint accuracy, and with the ferocity of lions. I respectfully request that if you accept my offer that when this war is over, we meet and discuss how our nations can better relations. Secondly, I also respectfully request, pending your acceptance, that they are attached to the African Legion. Sincerley Jack Hawk Prime Minister New Canada
Most Secret To: Prime Minister Jack Hawk From: Mad Dog Bob Denard Feel free to send them on over. I'll put them right to work. How do want me to deploy these troops and what sort of equipment will they be bringing? As of now my lines are a bit stretched laying the ground work for things to come. The SDF ability to defend Sudanese Airspace is suspect at best given our lack of a dedicated ground to air system. -Mad Dog
21. IC: Map delivered to Sarnungian Officials OOC: Ok, here are the red routes. The lines that intersect with the routes show the furthest advance of my forces towards the border. Also that big blob in the middle represents where I think Khartoum is located. However, I have no idea exactly where it is, so if you can help me out on that EM I'd be mighty obliged. If that blob is Khartoum we can say for the sake of RP that it is farther south over the border so the continuity of your storyline isn't jinxed.
22. 3/4ths of the Way to the Sudanese/NoN border The men of 1st, 2nd, and the 3rd Sudanese Regiments have made steady progress. Their different routes towards the border are in various states of disrepair. They are in no real hurry and they take their time leaving behind them repaired roads, bridges, and newly established supply points. The work is hard, the hours are long, but the men of the regiments are ready and willing to perform the labor needed to secure proper lines of supply. With airstrikes being reported by the African Legion battalion at the border the three regiments have been halted in place until a delivery of ground to air missiles and such can be delivered. Until then they are quietly resting under camouflage netting. The real work is to their rear as dozens of supply points are being equipped with heavy machine guns, fuel, munitions, and the spare parts needed to keep a fleet of supply vehicles in the field. Each of these supply points are guarded by a Sudanese Security company and staffed with cargo handlers, mechanics, cooks, and medical staff. The Security companies are filled with the veterans of various other military forces from years gone by. They haven't yet been through the Sudanese Training Schools in order to acclimatize themselves with the SDF protocols. However, their static defense role is easy enough for the simplest of minds to understand and the majority of these men are far from simple. With these bases the ability to transport tonnes of cargo is possible. A small but quickly growing fleet of 10 tonne cargo trucks are being assembled to the rear along with specially equipped AXE Escort Vehicles. The priority being placed on the production of the vehicles has stalled the Warrior ICV production. However, after hours of debate at the highest levels of the Sudanese government an understanding has been reached that the SDF role will be a supportive one given the manpower limitations the SDF faces at this current time. The man saddled with the responsibility of overseeing the Red Ball routes is one General Charles White. The General's first task is to greatly expand the capacity for the Sudanese/Sarmungian forces to defend and attack with their aerial assets. Three abandoned air strips are being restored to full capacity bringing the full complement of Sudanese Air Strips up to four. Those being Port Sudan, Dagger One, Dagger Two, and Dagger Three. Artemis Airdefense Platforms are put in place at each of of the newly opened strips along with companies of Sudanese infantry from the 1st Battalion of the 4th Regiment. The first aircraft to arrive at the Dagger strips are squadrons of armed Mi-8 helicopters. From these massive beasts equipment and supplies are vomited and the helicopters are quickly returned to base for more(enjoy all of you eating dinner.. tee hee hee). The second wave of aircraft to arrive are squadrons of OV-10 Broncos and C-130s carrying their ground support crews. Of course, the C-130s also carry tonnes more of supplies in the form of parts, fuel, and perishable goods. The men scurry about their new homes to make them ready as they have a great deal of work to do to hold up their end of the operation and failure isn't an option to these hard bitten men of the SDF. Most Secret To: Sarmungian Republic From: Mad Dog Bob Denard We are in need of some sort of aerial defense platform that we can issue out to our troops to protect the lines of supply and advance that we are in the process of creating. We are looking for man portable and a vehicle mounted system. To date we've advanced nearly 3/4ths of the way to our border and have established three 'Red Ball Routes'. These routes, we hope, will serve as lines of supply and possibly lines of advance for the Sarmungian forces. The Sudanese Defense Force is currently deploying nearly 3/4ths of our total manpower to secure these lines and will be devoting more manpower to keep supplies moving to the front as well. Also, be aware that we now have 3 more Airstrips available for use by Sarmungian forces. The locations of Dagger 1 through 3 will be included in this classified document. -Mad Dog Bob Denard Most Secret From: Mad Dog Bob Denard To: Commander of the Terrible Ones, 5th Provisional African Legion Battalion NoN uniforms will be arriving at your location shortly. Equip the cultist forces with said uniforms and dispatch them into the heart of NoN to destroy, harass, and sabotage military targets. Direct terror attacks on civilian targets are not permitted. However, should they see an opportunity to encourage the NoN civilians to flee without actually killing any of them they should take it. The chaos created by the fleeing civilians would only add to the confusion. Remove all identification from the Cultists. Remove all identifiable items. Send no more than 200 for the first wave of attacks in groups of four. All maps used are to be removed of any Sudanese Republic markings as well. -Mad Dog Bob Denard The Commander of the Terrible ones reads his orders again and asks no one in particular, "Oh hell, we are in for it now aren't we?" He turns his attention back to cases of uniforms that have just been dumped out of the Mi-8 helicopters along with several other items. Items such as anti-vehicle mines, claymores, and other nasty little devices designed to harass the NoN forces for days on end. He turns to the Asian looking chap in charge of the Cultist and says, "Well, time to put all that sneaky training to use," as he explains their mission. Also, the Commander, very carefully states that survival of the forces in the field is a paramount goal in order for them to continue their attacks over a prolonged period of time with the special forces training they've received from their African Legion trainers. Longevity of mission is far more important that sensational martyr missions and he explains this with great care as he describes how a few well motivated men can tie down thousands if they work at it hard enough.
23. OOC: I'll talk to him and we'll sort it out.
