The field shifted from aggressive to defensive a long time ago. To call the current situation an aggressive act on our part is laughable. So where's NpO's reps for their part in this, eh? Oh, that's right, you're full of it. I suppose you need all these bandwagons though. More targets for me. Yay!
2.
Thats true, deep down we do desire more blood for the blood god and skulls for the skull throne or so I hear.
Funny, I got the "blood for the blood god" line, our war just ended, and he's in peace mode. So much for that.
Don't look at us, the other side is the one crying about how unjust and evil our terms of surrounder are. What good parts would we be if we didn't whine back, in hindsight we could always leave them to whine amongst themselves, but that wouldn't be much fun now would it?
I believe the term your looking for is "hypocrisy". Calling you out on such is far from whining. "zomg I got hit and I kicked the crap out of them and now they owe me moooonieeeeeeeeez! Wahhhhhhhh!" Now THAT is some world class whinage.
3.
Are you denying that you and yours attacked C&G aggressively?
Someone who misses the point. Congratulations. Are you denying that CnG are not the current aggressors? Baww some more.
4.
This, C&G would love to keep pounding on TOP.
I could always send more o' your folks running to peace mode after they walk into my fist, despite myself being outnumbered. Seriously guys...
5. War of aggression lmao. Always the little victims. I've been hearing you people cry for over a year now. You win a war, and you're STILL here bawwing. Good show.
6. 100 thousand tech is unreasonable? lol I'll keep that in mind.
7. Happy $%&@in' brithday y'all! o/ NSO! A round on me!
8. Congratulations! may your relationship be long and fruitful!
9.
What i find hilarious isn't that, it's that they're trying to say the Athens raid was a C&G aggressive action/abuse of power like Athens was somehow using C&G's political revenue to declare on Ni, like Athens wouldn't have had the military capability of raiding Ni without our bloc. It's like the level of stupidity keeps raising on a daily basis.
Only MK felt the need to militarily back the raid. Athens wouldn't have been able to handle the repurcussions of their actions without the Bloc. No. Funny, hmmm?
10. So... how big does an Alliance have to be before a "war" is a raid? Because while small, they weren't THAT small. You seem to be writing the rules now, let's hear it.
11. Meaning of course that you were going to roll, just not right now when you could sit back, chill, get a couple extra dollars, and choose declarations at will when you did enter. Being vastly outnumbered, the number of Alliances at war with us, if honorable, would recuse themselves from their "defensive" actions, since that is no longer a concern. Another segment which does not even need or deserve reps are asking for them; even though they were never attacked, and knew what they were committing themselves to. Recount to me the amount of reparations big bad IRON has taken again?
12. Sad to see this, but sometimes people just have to go their own way. o/ NATO! o/FEAR! o/ CDT!
13. I believe Archon invoked the whole of CnG as well, but I could be mistaken. Even if he didn't, he did so by declaring MK's full support of the Athens action.
14. While much of this post is common sense, that rare beast is in short supply these days. TOOL is lucky to have you. o/ TOOL!
15. OOC: Depends. The vast majority of self defense laws protect you only so far as the attack is nullified or broken off, anything beyond that, and YOU become the aggressor, no matter who started it. Just sayin'.
16. OOC: I can give you a review on some Old E right now. Tastes like crap. gets the job done. This completes my review of Old English. Of course, I did that of my own free will. If you told me I HAD to do it, you'd be telling your proctologist how it tasted going down (up?) the wrong hole. Now, there was a huuuge explosion over the optional reviews, which is why I think there really wasn't any problem at the outset, because they were optional. The faux rage at failure to complete an optional term in a timely manner is just... silly. Could it have earned goodwill... maybe. Probably not. Making it mandatory is akin to installing a viceroy in my living room. I'd never stand for that. I didn't start playing this game to write essays and reviews for people. There are better ways of fostering relations, if that is indeed your intention.
17.
Um ... not only did I not insinuate that, I don't even believe it. You can attack any alliance you want, regardless of their size. However, if you lose and the defending alliance (and friends) basically enslaves you with reps, I don't want to hear you whine and complain about it. That's the price you pay for being opportunistic and aggressive; people don't have sympathy for you when things go south.
Opportunistic and aggressive. That would describe your side to a T. After all, we're only warring 33-34 Alliances. This is so currently an offensive war on our part. I suppose your shame and greed know no bounds though, aye?
18.
I'm willing to have a reasonable one, if you're game.
I fail to see any reason in 1 billion dollars worth of terms over TOOL's actions in this conflict. Go ahead and spin it though. It'll be amusing to watch the gymnastics.
19. Congratulations on a hard fought war. Congratulations to the victors for showing respect, class, and mercy. Thanks for throwin' down Death Before Dishonor, World Freedom Federation, and Veritas Aequitas! o/ DB4D! o/ VA! o/ WFF! Last, but not least, thanks to people who just love throwin' down and can shake hands and pound a beer when it's all said and done. This is what conflict resolution looks like. Good show, ladies and gentlemen.
20.
Thank you to RIA, LoSS, VE and LOUD for not pursuing monetary reparations.
This. Really, Sparta... Just wow. I mean reparations for damages is one thing, this is another thing entirely. Thanks for hangin' in there and messin' 'em up TOOL! o/ TOOL!
21.
Excellent work forcing your ally to step down by declaring your war, forcing an A List Alliance into this action. See how that works? It's nobody's fault but Ivan's and the NSO's. It is their alliance, and their course of action. Ivan felt it necessary to step down to uphold his word for the better of his alliance. His self-morals surpass that of many alliance leadership. And this is an action that shines of it. Whether it was the smartest, or wisest course of action depends on NSO's ability to maintain their course and recover without him as their figurehead.
Oh, I know how it works. Especially when there's a rather large knife in your back.
