Meaning of course that you were going to roll, just not right now when you could sit back, chill, get a couple extra dollars, and choose declarations at will when you did enter. Being vastly outnumbered, the number of Alliances at war with us, if honorable, would recuse themselves from their "defensive" actions, since that is no longer a concern. Another segment which does not even need or deserve reps are asking for them; even though they were never attacked, and knew what they were committing themselves to. OOC: Depends. The vast majority of self defense laws protect you only so far as the attack is nullified or broken off, anything beyond that, and YOU become the aggressor, no matter who started it. Just sayin'.

OOC: I can give you a review on some Old E right now. Tastes like crap. gets the job done. This completes my review of Old English. Of course, I did that of my own free will. If you told me I HAD to do it, you'd be telling your proctologist how it tasted going down (up?) the wrong hole. Now, there was a huuuge explosion over the optional reviews, which is why I think there really wasn't any problem at the outset, because they were optional. The faux rage at failure to complete an optional term in a timely manner is just... silly. Could it have earned goodwill... maybe. Probably not. Making it mandatory is akin to installing a viceroy in my living room. I'd never stand for that. I didn't start playing this game to write essays and reviews for people. There are better ways of fostering relations, if that is indeed your intention.
