Anyone saying it's easier to organize a small number of members (Umbrella) compared to larger numbers (most other alliances) is 100% right. We also value activity, which helps with our military strength.

It's a moot point if you check your war screens.

I don't think this war has reset anything but TOP's and MK's stats (maybe ODN and IRON too). In order for this to be a great reset, we'd all have to take massive damage and I don't see many alliances taking too much.

I do not spy because I feel it is unethical and that winning at a cost to your ethical integrity is not worth it. I've also had lots of people try to pump me for information (quite obviously too, though they thought they were being sneaky. Man I wish I could call them out itt oh well) and that disgusts me. If you want to know something, ask, don't be sneaky about it. If asking doesn't work, you have the choice to degrade yourself and your alliance or to simply operate in the dark and make smart decisions.

I wouldn't get the manhattan project first. At the level where you can afford your first wonder you should really be getting a Stock Market. It's way way way more beneficial to hold off on the MP for one or two months while buying econ wonders. Fallout Shelter is good for being on the stomping side of a curbstomp or if you happen to be online exactly when you get nuked, but other than that it's going to be used against you. Edit: I looked at your nation and you should definitely get the MP soon. Like people have said in this thread, you can get knocked below 5% extremely fast so if you want to be able to compete with the masses of nuke-holding nations in the 5%-20% range you need the MP.

I plan on playing until I'm the only person left in Umbrella. Might take forever, we'll see how long we last.
