1. Terran Empire - International Commonwealth of Nations Protection Pact Preamble With longstanding friendship as well as the belief that older alliances should assist in the development of smaller alliances, Terran Empire (TTE) extends its protection to include the International Commonwealth of Nations (ICON) effective immediately upon affixing signatures to this document. Article I Both TTE and ICON recognize, that while the spirit of brotherhood is strong, each are separate and sovereign entities in any and all matters not outlined below. Article II Both alliances mutually assure that neither signatory will defame, physically attack, spy on the other, or provide aid to a known enemy. Article III The Terran Empire, does hereby extend protection to our friends and brothers in ICON. Terran Empire pledges to offer both diplomatic and military aid in defense of any threats to the safety and security of our ICON brothers. As such, any unwarranted foreign attack on any nation or nations flying the alliance affiliation of "International Commonwealth of Nations" will be considered wholly to be an attack on Terran Empire itself, and will be dealt with accordingly. Article IV Should Terran Empire come under attack while this treaty is in effect, ICON is not required to provide any measure of defense. In such a situation, ICON will be permitted to make their own determination as to their course of action. Article V Raiding will not be permitted by any nation of the International Commonwealth of Nations for the duration of this treaty. Article VI The International Commonwealth of Nations shall neither sign nor announce any diplomatic agreements, nor go to war, without the consultation and approval from Terran Empire. Article VII Other specifics have been detailed and accepted in private. Article VIII This treaty shall remain in effect until ICON feels it is capable of providing for its own defense. It is the intent of both parties to establish a relationship that will last beyond this treaty. Article IX Should either party wish to terminate this treaty, a notification of no less than 72 hours prior to dissolution must be received. Signed for the Terran Empire: Yuurei - Chancellor of Foreign Affairs Michaelboy88 - Chancellor of Administration ZeroRemorse - Chancellor of Defense CheezDood - Chancellor of Internal Affairs Orikfricai - Chancellor of Finance Signed for ICON: Danger- Director of Directors Cobalt Wolf- Executive Founder Jsvcycling- Director of Advisory Johnny88- Director of Affairs
2. Everything you have said is backwards. Sparta dropped them, and then, AFTER reading and replying to this thread, I contacted them. Nothing beyond what was posted in this thread has been determined at this time.
3. It's OK to say micro. Just own it and not let it be a negative. Congratulations to you both.
4. I believe the war is either over, or nearly so. I have no interest in getting involved so long as it remains between the micros currently involved. If either side wishes arbitration, I am willing to do so.
5. In the meantime, for the remainder of January, Terran Empire will protect The Roman Empire. They have that time to secure the formal protection they need.
6. Any BDF nation nation caught ghosting the Terran Empire AA is NOT under our protection, and as such Riot Squad is free to deal with them at their leisure. To be specific, this guy should get off our lawn: http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=502462 I may not condone raiding, but I don't like stupidity either... or that other swill BDF has spewed in their profiles. And honestly, you got raided...sucks yes, but he agreed to stop and offered you some helpful advice to prevent such events in the future... How exactly is that cheating? He has nukes at his size because he was't that size 2 months ago... wars tend to reduce one's size, or haven't you noticed that recently? Best of luck to both parties. Some will need it more than others.
7. Please point out to me where I declared any war on your collection of rogues... I posted no DoW, because I do not recognise you as a legitimate alliance, nor is this a "war". You are rogues doing what rogues do. I ignored you while you spent a couple weeks spying info for every member of my alliance within your range. We confirmed that you had information on all our nations that you could reach... but contrary to your statements that info was all you wanted, that was actually not enough for you. You continued repeat spying and then escalated your spy attacks. It was only after you began more damaging spy attacks that we decided to deal with you. You are cowards. You came at us after we had already been at war for nearly 2 months dealing with Mushqaeda.... so yes, we did get assistance from some allies to keep you in anarchy. That's what friends are for, you moron. And while I did not request your being sanctioned, that is indeed a legitimate action to deal with a rogue. Denying that you are a rogue doesn't make your denial the truth. By stating that you are acting on behalf of another party makes you a rogue. By acting against any alliance that has done nothing to you makes you a rogue. And most tellingly, by stating that your nations are disposable and that you want to cause as much damage as possible with no interest to save anything of your nations most certainly makes you absolutely rogues. You claim to have done us significant amounts of damage, but we have lost more to both DBDC and to usual inactivity deletions than to you lot. Because of your claims to have replacement nations, and that you can keep causing damage regardless of the damage you take, we have had to use very non-standard tactics and out-of-the-box strategy to deal with you. It you want to mistake this as inability to fight, you go ahead and think that... but a standard ZI strategy does not work under these circumstances. As for your "clients", if they even exist, you have been significantly used. Whether there was ever any truth to the claim that you would get to take over other nations or not, is now moot. Obviously the powers that be are aware of your plan and are watching. The only reason you have not ceased to exist already it that until you actually take control of these other nations, no rules have yet been broken...except that your intent alone violates the spirit of the rule by affecting your current actions by giving you freedom to act without any concern of consequences or loss. We did not seek you out. You came to our door. You spied our nations. And when we communicated that you cease your spying, you displayed your usual arrogance. I suspect that when you insisted on forcing a confrontation, you did not expect it to drag on indefinitely. We are not going anywhere, and we certainly won't be caving in to rogues. I have received word that you have been shopping around trying to find an end to this... I have already given you my terms to end this. There will be no further negotiation. The terms were fair, especially at the time they were first given to you on 10 November... but 40 days later, math is not on your side.

You are correct, The ball is in our court... and yet this entire thread has been nothing but you calling foul. Say what you want, but it wasn't us that came crying to OWF. I wonder how long those other nations will be kept waiting for you?
8. This treaty went into effect on September 18, 2013. A public announcement was delayed due to other events that also occurred on that date. I am proud to finally be able to make this agreement official, and we continue to be impressed by the professionalism and integrity of the Knights of the Round Table. Knights of Terra Accords Preamble: This document serves to show that The Terran Empire (TTE) and the Knights of the Round Table (KoRT) share common principles of ideology and ethics. Each member of each alliance vows to show general good will, and appreciation for the other. Through similar ideals and fruitful relations, both alliances strive for mutual betterment together. Article I - Peace: Both alliances mutually assure that neither signatory will defame, physically attack, spy on the other, or provide aid to a known enemy. Article II - Intelligence: Both alliances agree that upon possession of useful information to the other signatory, said alliance will give the information to the other. This will be done in a timely fashion. Article III - Aid: Both alliances know that in times of need, aid may be called upon from the other signatory. While it is not mandatory to aid, it is encouraged and can only prove to further relations between the two alliances. Aid can be given as Military aid or Monetary support. Article IV - Optional Defense: If either signatory comes into defensive conflict with another alliance, the other party may come to their aid, but is not required to do so. Article V - Extended Coverage: Either alliance may choose to act in defense of the other's protectorate as they are considered to be an extension of an alliance's zone of responsibility. Article VI - Cooperation: Both alliances are encouraged to assist each other in monitoring for, and dealing with, rogue attacks against the other. While not required, it is understood that through cooperation, raids may be better stopped and reduced in effectiveness. Conclusion and Cancellation: This treaty serves to show each signatory shares similar values and strives together to uphold them. This treaty is subject to cancellation if either signatory is no longer happy with the other for any reason. Termination of this pact requires 72 hours notice. This notice is required to be given firstly via private channels. Any intentional or planned violations of the articles within this treaty result in the treaty being considered immediately void, unless otherwise agreed upon by the leadership of both signatories. Signed for the Terran Empire: Yuurei - Chancellor of Foreign Affairs Michaelboy88 - Chancellor of Administration CheezDood - Chancellor of Defense Orikfricai - Chancellor of Internal Affairs Century - Chancellor of Finance Signed for the Knights of the Round Table: Knights of the Grail, Knight-Regent Mordred, Knight-Regent Skaha, Knight-Ambassador The Glorious Emperor, Knight-Ambassador
9. I am surprised. We never crossed paths, but from what I could see, I thought Solis was an alliance on its way up.
10. Again? I know I've seen GATO declare on Invicta fairly recently. People should branch out and try declaring on new people. A hearty applause to Umbrella and GOONS for stepping outside of the rut in this war.
11. You say it as if spying is in some way acceptable if doing it at someone else's request. I'd have continued to ignore you had it only been for info, but when you escalated to causing damages, then it was you that started an undeclared war. We are merely responding to your unprovoked aggression. You are no martyr here.
12. Terran Empire has only been interested in defending TDO. You'll notice the lack of involvement in any of the rest of the discussions in any of these threads. Profiteering? You may want to re-examine the definition of that word, as I believe the income must exceed the costs to be deemed a profit. I will say this only one time as to my perspective on the talks with Tywin and Rey: Tywin came to me and asked if I would consider letting Rey depart from the war and join NSO. I said I wasn't interested in cutting him loose. Tywin suggested that Rey pay a token gesture of 100 tech to TTE, and further said he'd consider it as a favor. After reviewing Rey's stats at the time, I decided he was damaged enough, and that if allowing him to depart the war got us something other than nothing, then it was worth doing. As a show of good faith, I did talk to the TDO nation fighting him and it was peaced out. Tywin did hold a brief meeting between Rey an myself, the logs Rey posted in some other thread... but the meeting was pretty much useless, and so I made arrangements to have new fighters put on him before his existing war expired. Hereno sent me a message wanting to discuss the situation. I met with him on IRC, and he brought up the same proposal that Tywin had suggested. I confirmed that that was the offer that had been made. Hereno agreed to those terms, and NSO sent money to Rey to cover the cost of the 100 tech, and told me that it would be sent after the next update. As we approached the update another day beyond that, no tech had been sent. I was informed by other coalition members that they were ready to hit Rey... Honoring the agreement that I made in good faith, I told them a deal had been reached and that Rey was exiting the war. For this reason, no new attacks were made, and Rey was taken off the target list. I spoke to Hereno again before the last of the wars expired, explaining that no aid had yet been sent, and he made it clear that they had no intention of honoring the agreement that was made. NSO got Rey. Rey got out of danger. Having endless bickering back and forth on OWF does nothing to change this outcome, and gains me nothing so I saw no reason to comment on it. I learned about the character of Hereno and of NSO. Other than that, I got nothing out of this. So no, I don't think you can accuse me of any level of profiteering, not only because I gained nothing, or that the suggested reps were not my proposal to begin with, but also because 100 tech certainly does not come remotely close to making a profit for us, as we have lost way more than that. The only reason I expected to receive reps for Rey is because that was the agreement that NSO agreed to...otherwise, Rey would have been pounded for at least another round, and that would've been acceptable as well. I have previously negotiated with FEAR and TOP for the clean exit of several combatants from the war, and no reps were asked for or given.
13. Wow... If only I were in a recruiting kind of mood right now...
14. A sad day for Planet Bob. Journey well, my friends. o/ CoJ
15. http://www.cybernations.lyricalz.com/aid?nation1=Flobberjobber&nation2= Looks like you've been sending out a ridiculous amount of tech for very little money... what kind of tech rate is that again? Oh, and I've never sent you, or any of these infiltrators any messages. I don't communicate with the enemy.
16. Your information on Rydawg is incorrect as well. MK came to us, said the payment was late, we contacted him to make sure he paid what was owed, and offered to assist him. He said he had it, then went silent again until deleting. No one pushed anyone out of anything. But hey, you go ahead and make up whatever you like. You forgot a few...here's the one you had infiltrating GPF: http://www.cybernations.net/search_aid.asp?search=522487&Extended=1 We have not attacked anyone at MK, so feel free to tell TOP all about our internal housecleaning. NEAT and SC were the original protectors of ROMA, but as their activity levels and size went down, Terran Empire signed onto the agreement to make sure ROMA remained protected.
17. That is some excellent photoshop there... I did not write that. I did authorize the busting of this ghost however, after several days of discussion with ROMA's spokesman. After a thorough search, we have uncovered several feeder ghosts that have infiltrated several alliances that we are linked to. They are actively funneling tech, money, and sometimes soldiers to Mushqaeda and MK nations. It has long been known that sending aid to an alliance during war is aiding the enemy, and when that source is from within, then it is not difficult to gain permission to eliminate that source. As protector of ROMA, I have the right to assist them with removing a ghost or any other threat to their AA.
18. In return, I applaud VE for everything they said in this announcement. o/ Green Power! o/ GOP o/ VE
