It means "Hey, I prepared for war and built a warchest, all anarchy is doing is stopping me from declaring on your friends" and the nukes you get hit with signify just how big of a threat you are to your enemy. TPC withholding nukes is a blessing in disguise for RE who is not going to be prepared for this war. I have no problem with this gentlemen-like approach, but holding back aspects of fighting and expecting people to peace once anarchied is rather lame, it defeats the purpose of going to war in the first place.

I have a chrome question, figured I'd reduce clutter. How come Chrome doesn't work with CN very well in terms of purchasing military or using the resource searches which employ the circular selection bubble things (real technical huh?)? Just curious why I always need to open up IE to do those trivial bits or if perhaps my Chrome is faulty.
