[/quote] I can only speak for the roughly 50 nations, two pages, that were in range to me when I wrote this. I explored them in depth, checking who they were at war with and how they were doing and who was coming to their aid, when they had last been nuked, when their wars had expired, etc. and I found what I wrote.
