There will be no other government positions. The King Kitty has the power to change the charter, sign treaties, declare war, and pretty much do what he wants. Article 2: Membership Any nation not on a ZI list or in any active wars is allowed to apply for membership. They may be of any color, but Maroon is preferred. Final approval is decided by the King Kitty. Article 3: War No offensive wars may be declared without the permission of the King Kitty. Any offensive wars declared without permission are subject to punishment by the King Kitty. Cat Land does not believe in paying reps to any other entity. Should Cat Land ever be on the losing side of a war, only white peace may be accepted by the King Kitty.
