As such I feel confident to defend every red nation from tech raiders by my self. I started to message the main players on red to advise them of this policy, managed to get round to one of them before it bored me. So the question is how do I enforce this...? ... From today every nation that hits red goes into the hat. At some point I shall dig into that hat and come out with an alliance name.
