Sorry [size="1"]jacky salad[/size], the only difference that logging in durring the 7 days I was "considering options" would have been to fire off CMs and nukes. Would not have damaged me in any way to do that but it would have hurt you and yours. I have made it very clear I have little love in that direction. So all I have done is miss a chance to hit my enemies. An opportunity I will not fail to take up in future. Regardless, as my reason for staying is to mess with Hydra I doubt I can really be accused of not wanting to mess with you guys. M6

These cowards have just sanctioned me because despite the fact I have been in conflict with 6 of their nations, (not actually fighting back against them as I have been doing other things), they are unable to deal with me anything approaching fairly. Obviously I am a major threat to them to treat me so. Nevermind. M6

The time has come to depart this realm. RL has dealt me an ace card this morning in the shape of a litle blue cross. For the hard of thinking this means my wife is pregnant. Teets, I strongly believe private channels are for those with something to hide. I would not take advantage of the effects of non CNverse issuse regarding timings. Can you confirm we have a duel? M6

How can terms be the reason? If a beaten alliance doesnt want to pay them they cannot be forced to pay them. Obviously then they will get beaten down and lose infras. Say a little alliance gets beaten down, one of 80 nations. If half stay that is 40 nations with the correct statergies they will have the wonders/improvments to fight all their opponents lower ranks at a vast advantage. It is infra hugging and the pride of alliance leaders, (coupled strongly with the NS=power myth), that prevent wars. [and of course the covention that reps follow war because "that is how things are done"] Solving it would take a massive paradigm shift. It seeems the most active players have fond memories of war but do little to catalyst them. M6

The answer would be that it may affect Hydra. So it had everything to do with you Jac, you expected war but just didnt have the nerve.
