I don't know, I think Africa should use this constitution instead:

Leadership
The honorable Robert Mugabe has grudgingly agreed to the people's rallying cry and has generously suspended the constitution and been declared President-For-Life. Dozens of former government ministers have enthusiastically shot, poisoned and strangled themselves in recognition of how unnecessary they are. The people have cried tears of joy as they work themselves to death in order to pay for our great leader's modest palace complex of only 14 square miles. Our troubles are over Africa, may his glorious reign last a thousand years!

Membership
Robert Mugabe recognizes the value of the sovereignty of the membership, and thus all rights are recognized, all both of them. Members have the right to do everything that Robert Mugabe says, and have the right to die in his defense.

Anti-Colonialism
The ARPF is committed to anti-colonialism. The ARPF reserves the right to seize all property belonging to horrible racist colonialists and return the property to it's rightful owner, Robert Mugabe. The ARPF also reserves the right to define colonialist as meaning whatever they like.

I suppose you guys want an alliance where democracy isn't just a word though :v:

The main problem I see with that charter is there are not nearly enough clauses about blessing the rains.

I want to say good luck, I really do, but direct democracy? Really?

There are two of us. If we somehow acquire fifty more members, we'll consider revising the Charter.

I think this should be the solemn oath taken before joining:

"I know that I must do what's right
As sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti"

This is an excellent idea. Perhaps a charter amendment is needed.
