Well if you're going to add Duckroll then you might as well add ODP blocs. As it was explained at the time, Duckroll isn't even a traditional ODP, but some kind of agreement to work militarily in sync.
Duckroll stays. No ODPs. Final decision.

Why?
Duckroll is one military unit. That's how it's been defined. That's how the treaty reads. As such I'll maintain the statistics of the entire unit in this thread, since it is not available any where else. ODPs on the other hand are not a single military unit. It's unpredictable which alliances will actually honor it, no alliance is guaranteed to participate.

The "we've fought wars together" argument for ODPs shows that in some cases, some alliances may help each other, but me saying that an ODP bloc has X nukes is completely false if four of seven alliances decide they don't wish to honor the bloc.

Also, I never suggested that Duckroll was an ODP.
Article II: Wartime Cooperation

In times of war, military operations of the signatories will be centralized, with the signatories most efficiently sharing war duties with each other in order to maximize damage given. This is not required by this document, it is simply what we do.
Sounds just as "unpredictable" as an ODP. Actually, it sounds exactly like an ODP with slightly different wording. All military partners centralize a lot of their military operations during war time. At least if they're doing it right they are. But hey, it's your thread, do with it as you please. I'm just pointing out that your logic for who stays and who goes isn't all that sound.

[s]Removed the New Auric Armada because apparently it doesn't really exist anymore.[/s] Woops, I thought someone said they weren't actually here any more.
[s]Need to automate Biggest Gainer/Loser.[/s] Done.
Going to review treaty wording for PAL Stewards and Pegasus and may end up removing them.
Also looking into P.E.A.C.E. Treaty wording.
EDIT: also plan to add images for each bloc via wiki crawling.

The SuperFriends continue gains, perhaps as a result of Fark's greenlight. Complaints and Grievances Union lose five members, yet only sustain small losses. Chestnut Accords also have a gain, which likely also contributed to The SuperFriends' gain. [s]Peace and Love Train Accords (Stewards) take the biggest loser position, though this was clearly due to the removal of New Auric Armada[/s]. The Iron Curtain puts Complaints and Grievances Union's loss to shame with a 7 member loss, their proportional score loss however was a lot greater. [s]Had Peace and Love Train Accords (Stewards) not lost New Auric Armada[/s], The Iron Curtain would have taken the Biggest Loser spot.

And that's that.

As was said earlier, its you're thread so dont let me rain on your parade, I personally appreciate that your tracking us. But just to clarify, duckroll is not a bloc. The duckroll treaty is a military treaty outlining how its signatories should cooperate during war times in the physical process of waging and planning for war. The treaty itself does not mandate its signatories to do anything politically, it is simply assumed that its signatories will be fighting along side each other. Duckroll is supposed to kick in once the field has been taken. The treaty presupposes that signatories will join in on the same side, however it does nothing to mandate that.

Your call though.

Still have to do all this:
Going to review treaty wording for PAL Stewards and Pegasus and may end up removing them.
Also looking into P.E.A.C.E. Treaty wording.
Add images for each bloc via wiki crawling.
EDIT: Just caught a bug that was causing score difference to be off by a bit.

Big drop for Checkmate. yet they maintain membership count. Perhaps losing larger nations to inactivity as with many other alliances. The SuperFriends continue their gain, as Fark's greenlight continues on. Complaints and Grievances bounce back from a small loss yesterday, and increase their total membership by 3. League of Extraordinary Oranges also sustains quite heavy losses, losing just a hundredth of a point less than Checkmate.. Overall positive day for many blocs, even despite increasing membership counts for most. Bad day for Peace and Love Train Accords, losing 4 members overall, though they barely lose any score.

And that's that.
