William Caudill came to stand on the Press floors the eve after receiving word the Tahoan government appears to be in a state of collapse.

Once stability has been obtained. Referendums and voting will occur to determine the destiny of the territories in question.

Louisiana has seen no such refugee crowd. We suggest the United States quit trying to gobble up more land and go back to their original borders. Failure to do so will have repercussions from Louisiana.

Further more, as one of the leaders of the coalition, the United States was given no such authority to move into Tahoean held territory.

While Louisiana is indeed an ally of the United States of America, being an ally is a two way street - one that the United States failed to uphold when they moved in to seize control of the former Tahoean territory. Louisianan will be sending fifty-thousand troops to take control of the area, minus Colorado which has been agreed to be given over to the United States to administer.

The troops have begun to be airdropped in - pamphlets have begun to be dropped all over the territory telling any military members to lay down their arms, that Louisianan troops will set up depots to take control of the armaments.

The Holy American Military ceased all fortification operations and poured across the border, stretching up the coastline to envelop and take San Diego. Sea-borne troops landed on the beaches of the city and beyond, and airborne soldiers dropped within the city itself proclaiming the surrender of Tahoe to its' citizens and asking for their co-operation. A strip of land stretching to the Colorado river in the east extended directly into downtown Los Angeles; this area was under the control of the HAE.

With the apparent news of Tahoe's collapse into anarchy, the Atlantis High Command immediately jumped into action. Due to the recent annexation of the majority of the Canadian protectorate by the GLP, 60,000 Atlantis soldiers were reassigned to the former West Coast occupied by the Tahoe Republic. This includes British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, and northern California.

In addition, with the recent partitioning of Mexico the 20,000 troops in the Mexican protectorate were immediately ordered to secure the remainder of Arizona and California.

Finally, 100,000 Atlantis troops are being immediately ordered into the Tahoe Republic to assist with Coalition forces in securing Tahoe's former land.

In addition, the 10,000 men expeditionary force that had been preparing to invade the Bahamas and Cuba quickly moved into the Bahamas after ensuring the Louisiana troops had Cuba under control.

United States troops have been instructed to vacate territories being occupied by Coalition forces as they establish a presence. We are only there to keep the peace and keep the vultures out. As your troops are deployed they will fall back to Colorado. We just didn't want any of our less benevolent peers to get any ideas. The people of Colorado thank you for their liberty. We're in talks with them now to conduct a referendum to see what they wish to do with their future.

Refugee crowds? Our satellites never noticed any, and if there were crowds, they were probably fleeing from the war. Stop your land grabbing/hoarding fest. Occupying and refusing to give back Michigan was insulting enough. Going on rampage and taking more land from a country that has to deal with a massive curbstomp is weak. You already have enough land, we don't need another land-hogger.

Your statement seems more like, "OMG, people are running away from it since there are about a dozen other countries pounding it, that must means it deserves another random curbstomper with no real Casus belli! Hurr yeah, more land! Wait, we need a Casus belli?! Lets just say that those people fled because their government is non-existent!".

Oh, did I forget to mention that you still have the policy of, "No turning back" so no states, voluntarily or forcefully annexed, can leave your country without risking a war? You force states into joining you and making sure that they never get out. Originally you countered that argument by stating, "But they loved us and decided to join us!". Yeah, we all know that FORCING a chunk of a different country into joining you will be a popular move in the eyes of the residents living the forced annexed land.

First, we want to point out that the United States of China predates the United States of America, so please indicate which United States you are referring to. Secondly although we shall not suspend our alliance with the USA, the USC echoes our Slavic allies statements. The USC will follow through with its treaties with Greater Pacifica and the Holy American Empire if the USA manages to come to blows with the coalition. So don't.
