The Crimson King
And so it ends. Personally, I would like to extend a thank you to all of our friends and allies who have approached us, and to those who have reached across the proverbial aisle to lend us a hand in these past few weeks. You have selflessly offered your assistance, and for this The Phoenix is eternally grateful. TCK
WarriorConcept
OK, so the concession here is that the reps to PC and GR can be paid by anyone on TPF's behalf with the trade of being a ban on external aid until those other alliances pay TPF's reps owing to GR and PC for them? The concession is mhawk can now say "I never surrendered and would never accept those terms!"

Sal Paradise
The concession is mhawk can now say "I never surrendered and would never accept those terms!" Good to see that somebody out there can see what I see. auto98 misinterpreted this, interestingly. Yes, though they also have to pay FoB's reps before the ban is listed.
PrototyoeRuler
So you end up making a big deal about not a cent to PC...and you are going to do it anyways? Awesome.
Tygaland
The concession is mhawk can now say "I never surrendered and would never accept those terms!" Yes, I assumed as much as soon as peace was agreed while he was away.

kriegsdrachen
I don't see the Hegemony as a political entity anywhere, do you? I wasn't arguing the point, so much as just pointing out who exactly The Hegemony was. Outside aid is restricted. Outside payment of the PC reps is not. -Bama That's what I meant, clever. No, someone else will pay PC on TPF's behalf so they do get their own way there.
Delta1212
Good to see that somebody out there can see what I see. It was pretty obvious what was coming as soon as he made the announcement that he was going to be gone for a while, really. It's not like this was subtle. BamaBuc
The concession is mhawk can now say "I never surrendered and would never accept those terms!" Mhawk, as was noted, was instrumental in the negotiation of these terms. Plus, we got what we wanted anyway... We don't have to pay a cent to PC. -Bama

If one shipment goes in even a batch of 50 tech, I will sig it. And lulz later at it.
ThatFALGuy
No, he didn't. Ah, I see. I must have interpreted this differently then: Though his signature may not be on this, due to the announcement made earlier by him, mhawk was very helpful in this process. twodivine
Good to see this happening. This is also a reminder that Avalon's terms are now in effect and all wars with Avalon should be now ended as well. Due to term #5 of the peace terms announced earlier. o/ Peace

Tygaland
Ah, I see. I must have interpreted this differently then: I think that comment is just an admission that mhawk's kicking and screaming played a part in Karma conceding all points to TPF with regards to these terms. See, I read it as, while he wasn't around enough to be truly active, he still played a part in getting terms, good or bad as they are, for TPF as a whole....i.e., not kicking and screaming and not to be able to later say he never agreed to them or have a basis to use in refuting them, as has been suggested. Haflinger
Specifically the bolded part, does this mean another alliance can pay on behalf of TPF? Interesting this happened right after mhawk left mhawk leaving doesn't have much to do with that. And yes, that's what it means.
