Biohazard
Imperium Romanum First Emperor of the Roman Empire, or Imperium Romanum, Constantine Cato, approached the podium. Camera lights and video-cameras recorded the event, publicizing it to the world. Today was the day that the Roman Empire resurfaced, and become a force within the world once more. Emperor Cato cleared his throat, before saying, "Roman history predates almost every nation in the world, today. For centuries, Rome was a center of Military Power, Culture, and capital of one of the largest, if not the largest, and most powerful Empires the planet had ever seen. After the fall of the Roman Empire in the olden-days, little has been done to restore Rome to its former glory. I stand before you today, and I am speaking directly to every Roman Citizen, that, today, Rome has regained its former glory, and shall step forth into this new, modern world, with open arms, stern justice, and the notion to rise to power once more! Hail Roma!" A fury of applause broke out from the crowd assembled before him. He raised his hands in the air with his conclusion, proclaiming the greatness of Rome. He did so, until finally, his aid told him it was time for him to leave the stage. An Emperor's work was never done, and Emperor Constantine Cato's was just beginning. EDIT: I am basing The Romanum Imperium in the lands of Italy, and yes, I have received permission from the proper people. Justinian the Mighty
Now the countries of Europe can be glad that North American nations no longer hold territories or protectorates in Europe. Maybe this will help ease some of the tension, although I doubt it. Anyway I hope the Romanum Imperium will do great things in Europe. -Premier Medvedev

Markus Wilding
We welcome the Roman Empire. Take good care of the lands. ***Private to Emperor Cato*** Before we gave the lands to you, we built defenses to slow the Nordic advance if they ever came into Italy. We like to call these "kill zones" as they funnel the enemy into pre-placed machine guns (if you wish you can continue to use the MG34 or you can send it and the ammunition back to us). To prevent a sniper killing the gunner, a bullet-resistant glass dome has been put over the top of the gunner's head, enlargened to provide comfort. We hope that you use these defenses well.
