The Confederation Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 (edited) Announcement from the Prussia Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine: In order to accomplish Nordland's collective Länder economic goals, and security for the state, Prussian officials announced today that the entire Baltic excepting for 10 kilometer stretches from the shores of sovereign nations will be incorporated as under the administration of Greater Nordland. Prussian kriegsmarine craft will patrol key shipping lanes to monitor the safety of civilian craft and craft of other nations. Luftwaffe surveillance craft will also be dispatched into the area for maximum situational awareness. As of now, operations with civilian craft from all nations will not be effected, however military craft in the incorporated areas will be swarmed via SIT1 and escorted to an unincorporated area. Much of Prussia's navy will be deployed to the Baltic (four carrier groups) while the other three will continue operations in the Pacific and North Atlantic. After looking at various internal reports on the state of the various Länder militaries, it was revealed that we were only prepared to fight a short and quick conflict, in regards to our stockpile of munitions, spare parts and supplies. Therefore, as part of our plan to prepare for a worldwide conflict, I am ordering the following. - Increase of production for military munitions. OOC: Argebtinische italienisch-deutsche vs. bayerisch deutsche. I would say it's more of the difference between Plattdeutsche and Oberdeutsche. Martens's heritage is from the north, while Lynneth's is from the south. The German north-south split is similat to the Kansai-Kanto rivalry in Japan. Anyway, very interesting cultural details. As such, she will take on the title of President of Interpol. As the new President of Interpol, Miri had this to say: Reich Minister and President of Interpol Miri: As the President of Interpol, I will use everything within my power to further investigate the crimes Baron Erwin von Uberstein are accused of, including threatening European peace and security. I hope that there will be cooperation in this investigation, as we cannot allow accusations go un-investigated, as real or as percieved as they may be.
