Lynneth
New United Soviet Republic Yes - 5 vote(s) No - 2 votes(s) Undecided - 0 vote(s) To vote: Astrakhan Only Astrakhan needs to vote now. Currently, the NUSR is at 62.5% approval, which is not sufficient according to Article 8. (Clickable) Yes - 7 vote(s) No - 0 votes(s) To vote: Astrakhan, Yuktobania While Astrakhan and Yuktobania did not vote yet, the building has a high majority. It will thus be built over the next two years to serve as Headquarters of the ComIntern. Vaulian Socialist Republic Yes - 4 vote(s) No - 1 votes(s) Undecided - 0 vote(s) To vote: Astrakhan, Yuktobania, Colstream, Xizang Azerbaijani Republic Yes - 1 vote(s) No - 0 votes(s) Undecided - 0 vote(s) To vote: Beijing Corp., Astrakhan, Yuktobania, Cainette, Alvonia, Colstream, Xizang, New England While we do hope that the Azerbaijani republic will rethink their policy of expelling Nordlanders - giving them disadvantages with taxes, et cetera could be better to get them to leave - their policies did otherwise not change since their application shortly after the ComIntern was founded. However, we did not send observers the last time, as Azerbaijan retracted the application due to the war. (OOC: Send me a PM, Aliyev, I'll then tell you what to do.) As Maelstrom arrived, the Canadian representative raised an eyebrow. "You do know, Chairman Vortex, that the ComIntern recently got a supremacy clause, which would put it even over your DragonBloc? You would have to defend us before those in your own bloc."
Maelstrom Vortex
"I should doubt that would ever happen. Given I generally lead my bloc and most of them are also in favor of Comitern." He nods to Keshav. "Given the fact I would be in both blocs it also leaves me in excellent position to help arbitrate any disputes which would arise thus giving to a greater global stability. In the event there was a conflict between the bloc that for some reason I could not imagine.. could not be resolved.. I would have to then make a moral decision based on my information about the situation as to whether or not I would have to leave one. Right now there are no existing disputes between either group so yes.. unless the whole of Comitern suddenly goes hyper aggressive or outright evil and starts preying on the South East Asian region and my allies.. I would have no reason not to join here or to give my word to uphold the defense of its members above any other group. I know that the Dragon Bloc is itself in a non-aggressive state and currently in a state of mind only to protect its own."

Lynneth
New United Soviet Republic Yes - 5 vote(s) No - 3 votes(s) Undecided - 0 vote(s) To vote: None As Astrakhan has voted no, the NUSR stays at 62.5%. Thus, as per Article 8, they have not met the requirement of 66%. Unfortunate. Vaulian Socialist Republic Yes - 8 vote(s) No - 1 votes(s) Undecided - 0 vote(s) To vote: None. Thus, the VSR has gotten well over 66% of approval. Please, your signature. The Azerbaijani Republic has high approval, easily more than what is required. While the Beijing Corp. still has to vote, they are, de facto, already part of the ComIntern. Your signature/s, please. Cody Seb
Yes to Dragonisia, Undecided on the war. While the war to support Mariehamm would be morally right, I'm not sure we are strong enough yet to win. The nations arrayed against them are powerful, exponentially more powerful than Mariehamm, unless wwe could draw in support from other foreign powers like Aotearoa, We may not be able to see this one through to victory.
