Almost a year ago, the Aquatic Coalition Front was lucky enough to get adopted by a loving family. Ragnarok and Echelon nurtured us, taught us, and let us make our mistakes, while standing with us in case those mistakes blew up. As in all loving families, sometimes the parents grow apart. They get new friends, stay out late drinking and carousing, and this unfortunately led to a separation and eventually a divorce. Our parents had joint custody of us, but there is always jockeying to be considered the best parent, or the cool parent. As we reach the age of maturity, ACF is at 1.12 mil NS, 4.64 strength, and 103 shiny new glow sticks, we are faced with having to make a choice. Most alliances come out of a protectorate agreement with a MDP or MDoAP with their protector. In our case, we did not feel we could fulfill such aspirations with both Echelon and Ragnarok at the same time. We were being lead in a direction that forced a decision that we couldn't make. Which is why today ACF is declaring that they cannot choose one parent over the other when hey have gone above and beyond the requirements of protectors. So, we have come to the painful decision to drop our protectorate agreements with both Ragnarok and Echelon. Echelon and Ragnarok were both notified earlier this week, and the 48 hour grace period has expired. As we move forward into the wonderful world of Planet Bob, we wish nothing but the best for Ragnarok and Echelon. They have taught us well, and we know that we will be an alliance that they can be proud of. Tl:dr ACF protectorate cancellation and 48 hours was provided (and then some) VIII. Cancellation and Possible Upgrade:Both parties agree to give each other 48 hour notice before canceling this treaty. Should ACF feel they have outgrown the need for protection and assistance from Ragnarok and Echelon, the parties will discuss a possible upgrade to a MDP. Please realize that this also includes our terms within Echelon's Commonwealth and Ragnablok, we wish the best to all alliances still involved. Onto the next order of business... For some time now ACF has been working on its new boards, and after a month of building and testing as well as releasing it to our membership we are now ready to open the flood gates and welcome all alliances and nations alike of Planet Bob. Come visit us On The New Boards so that you may request your visitor's or diplomat's mask and so that we may further get to meet you! Everyone is welcome, just be careful as we forgot to clean the restrooms before this announcement and we happen to suggest you not use the public restrooms for a little while Couches will be provided for all! And everyone is welcome to come party at #acf during this weekend endeavor of ours into CN. BYOL (Bring your own Liquor) At this time ACF will also be opening up a 2nd AA known as "ACF Applicant" and let it be known this AA is an extension of ACF. Any attacks on any nations within this AA will be considered an attack on ACF. This is your first, and only warning raiders.
