Alright. While I'm a hard core raider, I do believe we should have one sphere for non aligned nations, I suggest a non populated sphere. Like pink or yellow and see if the baggiest alliances or ones with the most influence would protect those not in an alliance on that sphere As for NPO and the red sphere, they are an alliance, they have no claim to the entire sphere, but should they wish to keep the doctrine they have, they could help protect those on another sphere with other alliance by their sides.
