Preamble FCO and iFOK hereby agree on the following; Article 1 - Cookies Both signatories hereby declare to like chocolate chip cookies. We like to eat them together as much as possible, and talk about chocolate cookies as much as we can. The signatories also agree to be respectful to another, in both public and private. Article 2 - Intelligence Both parties agree to share all relevant intelligence. This includes but is not limited to, known security issues both internally and externally. As well, both signatories agree to share information in regards to known military actions that may involve either signatory. Artikla 3 - Hyökkäämättömyys Allekirjoittaneet osapuolet sitoutuvat noudattamaan hyökkäämättömyyspolitiikkaa tarkasti. (Both signatories agree to a pact of strict non-aggression). At no time will either signatory engage, or condone aggressive action against the other signatory. Article 4 - Mutual Defense Both signatories agree to mutual defense. The signatories agree to provide aid to the other signatory, if they are engaged in an act of defense. Aid may include, but is not limited to; financial, militaristic, or conventional support. The attacked party may however, absolve the other party of these obligations. Article 5 - Optional Assistance Both signatories agree to optional assistance. When either signatory engages in offensive action, their partner may be requested to activate aggressively as well. Although this assistance is highly encouraged, it is completely optional and not obligated. Article 6 - Cancellation In the event that either signatory does not like chocolate chip cookies anymore, they are required to issue cancellation in private to their treaty partner. After cancellation request has been issued, it will be upheld for the following 72 hours.
