Today Kiev has been seized by the Communist Party of the Eastern Welsh Empire. We have discussed a arrangement whereby the Welsh will give us full independence. Our revolution will spread to all corners of this land as we engage in massive industrialization and societal reformation. They are confident the Soviet Socialist Republic of Crimeastan presence will influence the Slavorussian people embrace communism once again, resurrect the Soviet Union of Slavorussia. They're further north, almost 1500-2000 kilometers west of Portugal. The Canaries are Canadian and at the coast of africa. I'm just going to assume you sent the man to the Canaries. IC: Shortly after landing on the airstrip of the Benijo military base in the northeast of Tenerife, Defense minister Rachiovik would be escorted into a labyrinthine complex below the base and into the meeting roomm, where Advisor Monroe was already waiting.
