Either I am very selective or we just lack some graphical talent. Whatever is true, no matter. If majority of those that are suppose to have this pip approve of it, then that is all that matters. Actually, there were mainly variations on the current design being used and one which was NPO flag colors presented as a military boot print. At least one without the border could have been used.
