Pre-planning may have limited some of the old OOC disputes, but it has brought with it a plethora of new delay tactics that are just as noxious as the bickering. I think we can all agree that the burden of having a majority relies on the side seeking to make changes to already established rules. I don't really think you can call a poll that got a one vote lead after it was already finished a "clear majority" of the community. As such, I will continue to not recognize non pre-planned wars until such time as a new poll is created and a majority of the community votes to end it. I also notice no one commented on the fact that I pointed out that democratic actions pretty much[b] always require a majority to overturn the status quo[/b]. Let's get rowdy people. And why do people keep saying it's a draw? Looks like a clear majority for banishing the rule as far as I can see. I have consistently pointed out that [b]all democratic processes require majority at the time of the deadline[/b] for their voting processes to overthrow the status quo.
