[/quote] No, it isn't. Treaties are political implements, not friendship rings. The politics of HB and some of its allies no longer align, and it is for the best of everyone--not just HB and it's former and current allies, but everyone--that these treaties be cancelled. HB can be friends with whoever without being allies with the same. These cancellations are a cause for celebration, and I applaud the clarity of vision and courage of TSE and Apparatus for doing what must be done.
