I, and the NSO's Council of Econ will work to organize trades to settle this bet, but essentially, mark your bet here, and I, or another qualified individual ('Sup, Seerow) will give odds on it. Depending on whether or not you win that bet, we will organize the persons winnings from the collected pool at the end of the IE War. Or I can just take it from them in GAs, either way, Im not too worried about being able to pay...myself. Why not join in as well? Does the loss of NS start on the 3rd when the war began for Legion, or the 4th when Legion had its military build up? Because if we go by the 3rd, Legion has only lost 92k NS so far. If we go by the 4th though, Legion has lost 263k NS. Not to mention, what constitutes the end of the round? Is it the 10th, which would be the end of the initial round of wars with Tetris? [/quote] I was under the impression it was going off of when they began their military buildup, to be honest, since that's a more accurate assessment of cumulative strength lost via the conflict. And...Im pretty sure the NSO declared their first rounds that same day, so itll be the day of the end of the same round of wars with Tetris.
