I think ICAN is a good target for your money; they're a small alliance, but clearly stable, with good leadership and good potential. I think that this aid would really get them off the ground and let them hit the ground running growth-wise.

It's been great working with you, dude. Can't wait for your comeback.

Theoretically, our nations should be doing their second round of infra jumps for rebuilding pretty soon. Or at least I will be, and I generally just assume that GATO is doing whatever I'm doing.
