You can do the maths: bank is 7% of income, stadium is 3 happiness, which is about $6 more income, then add on multipliers to get the actual amount. You want whichever one is larger.

CN is not a Discord server, just because a Discord server has CN in its name, or because it is related to a CN entity, doesn't mean that any other party has any control over it. A Discord server has an owner, in this case Mogar, not the IC "character" Mogar, but the real life human being behind the keyboard, as such it is his right to decide what rules he sets, who he gives powers to, and who he kicks. I know Mogar, and that in general he will treat people, even those he doesn't particularly get on with, reasonably, so I expect your complaints are unwarranted and could be better addressed in private.

This, I am sure CotM could and would have helped if they had been made aware of what was going on. Even if they themselves lacked the fighting nations in the appropriate range, I'm sure they had allies that would be willing to lend a hand if required.

Simply change tax rate to alter crime index whilst paying bills. Delete CMs as well. Objectively speaking get rid of 4K infra or so regardless, since going much above 20K you net less money, not more. But yeah, good advice in general from OldSelf and Mogar.

If an alliance mate of mine were attacked, I would help them against the attacker, and try to deescalate the situation, as opposed to escalating by declaring on a third party. But that's just me.

2 base spy ops+1 per war. So 5 spy ops for you total. (IDK about you launching 6 attacks, did you miscount?). The limit of spy ops against nations you aren't at war with is two. This is a part of your total number of spy ops, not on top of it. So in your case you could spy twice against those you are not at war with, and then 3 times against your war opponents. Since you have already spied 5 times on nations you are at war with, you cannot spy on anyone else, whether you are at war with them or not. So the problem is that the message implies you have hit the limit of non-war spy ops, when in fact you have just hit the limit of spy ops total, this is simply a case of there not being 2 different lines of text for the 2 different scenarios where you are unable to spy if you try to spy someone you aren't at war with.
