The amount you spend on warfare varies greatly depending mostly on the competence of your opponents. Especially, if you don't have to buy back navy (either because you're operating in the non-naval range or because your opponents are terrible or focusing on someone else's boats), war is a whole lot cheaper. Still, the basic tool of the destroy money spy op, run twice daily over 3 months, should smash about a billion by itself at 50% odds.

Can we stop using the newbie as a political football please? SNX has for a long time recruited heavily from among new nations, this sort of thing is par for the course for them. However, Lord James, lots of alliances would be happy to have you as a new member and if you're interested, most alliances have a lot of openings for people who want to help out. You'll probably get recruitment messages. It might be you join an alliance and decide you don't like it, but there are a lot of alliances out there and as long as you don't leave in the middle of a war, switching alliances is pretty normal, especially among younger nations. Regardless, it's good to see someone who's keen. Most things can be taught but enthusiasm can't and it's really important.

Post-peace incidents have always been common (unfortunately); it's better to seek reparations for them in private. Things seem to be finally winding down. Good luck to MIR, hopefully you can proceed with better leadership from now on.

Sigrun is listed second among the founding signatories, so perhaps has some claim to seniority if order matters. But that doesn't sound very Libertarian. Xoin is no longer in LPCN; I believe Nicholai has left this world. Kaznawim is now in Avalanche and voted for Sephiroth in the election, hasn't voted for Sigrun yet. Sir Kindle voted for Hardin. RUKUNU voted for Sephiroth. Both Kindle and RUKUNU are in Animalz. Is the situation clear now ... to anyone? Certainly not me.

Exactly which alliances are backing this announcement? A look at Sigrun's nation shows it has 4 senate votes. Of those, three come from Confederatio Aesir members, and one comes from the owner of Goon Order of Neutral Shoving. Is the underlying message then that LPCN now consists of CA and GOONS? I mean, if you want to dislodge Hardin from Brown senate, more power to you. But really, wouldn't it make more sense to funnel your votes toward someone with a chance? He's got 22 votes. The Monster Mash coalition isn't at war with LPCN. We don't declare war on blocs. We're at war with the collection of alliances that launched unprovoked wars against us, with the probable soon exception of LN once Meth leaves this world forever. CA didn't do that, since this time it lacked the backing of large alliances, and now appears to be trying to bait people into attacking it so it can claim a defensive war. You didn't destroy Kashmir last time Sigrun, eventually you will learn that's not how this whole war thing works.
