I think it can be said that both parties have some fault in this. MK protected a nation on someone's ZI list- valid CB and CSN failed to communicate with with someone protecting a nation on their ZI list. SF guys are just trying to gain some much needed PR cred, can't really fault them for that.
There may of may not be alternative motives in this war. My guess it that there are. Should be interesting to see how this plays out in conjunction with the NoR-LSF war.
