It's interesting just how many times this has been overtly stated, and yet Junka literally closes his ears to it.

Yeah, and it's definitely an on-going scenario where a lot of alliances are unable to establish a collective culture of tech giving, even when they have years to do it, simply because one must give and give and give to the collective, and the gain is one that you yourself can never utilize on the battlefield. It is truly questionable whether alliance-growth in an active tier range is superior to growth in the upper tier. We had two hyperactive near Umbrella (and sometimes above via aid slot usage) alliances in MI6 and DK, both disbanded before any real answer to that question could be determined. I think it would be wise for alliances to curb their tiering as much as possible, but at this point, we're nearly out the door.

I would say that since we're currently seeing large exoduses from the upper and mid tiers over CN, that it is to be expected. The thing with buyers is that most of them who are motivated enough to fill their slots have done so already though, sellers have to be proactive these days to find the deals, because of so many stagnant upper/mid tier nations outside of alliances who run their own tech programs internally.

I've thought about addressing your many shallow and inaccurate points Zigur/Junka/Tywin, but I can't be troubled with it here. This is about LSF and not about you, believe it or not. However, I will say this: Your very first post in this thread, where you call the leaders of GATO brainless, justifies a perpetual sanction from brown as far as I'm concerned. You have yet to approach me regarding your sanction, and it will remain in place until you speak to me privately about it. Each outburst you make with the expected detriment of GATO or brown will make any future negotiation for a lifted sanction more difficult. Use your free speech to close your mouth for once. That is the last you'll hear from me on this issue. To be honest we tried to give them every opportunity to succeed in finding a diplomatic solution. And I was trashed during the first vote, which caused it to be thrown out due to illegality. Such is the life of a former Atlas member though. EDIT: REplied to Franz

On 5/28/2018, Tevron, Assembly Chairman of GATO reached out to allies of LSF to stress the importance of the request for a good strategic fit, really -- it’s a no brainer. On 5/29/2018, It was confirmed that contact had been made with LSF, but that they had not responded to aforementioned allies. On 6/14/2018, it was confirmed again that LSF had ignored all contact with GATO and its allies regarding the Harry situation, who had since sanctioned two members of GATO government, as well as other individuals on browns with trades within GATO, facilitating decreases in economic synergy. At the end of the day, 25% of LSF has continued voting for Harry. We at the Global Alliance took a deep dive, and we think it paid off. As Harry has taken aggressive actions against the Global Alliance, and as the LSF has failed to maintain proper deliverables after our last memo, their actions constitute an act of war, and as diplomacy was attempted and clearly ignored, we feel we have no choice but to push the matter to war.
