Rafi looks around, takes Cristiaan's lead to the gilded table, then sits down on the chair and inspects some exquisite silverware at the table. "The flight was amazing. The Atlas had some party perks to satisfy my needs, you know what I mean? Like we had a pool in the cargo hold and I jumped on the pool screaming 'Rafi Bomb!' from the deck to the pool, it was pretty kosher. Oh, and I roofied like 40% of the drinks in the plane. So yeah… it's a numbers game whether the plane will crash on the way here, you know. Good times." Rafi exhales and scratches his beard gingerly. "Things are superb in the Empire, we're pretty ecstatic about our Empire's first diplomacy mission outside of North America and I feel especially honored to partake the mission, starting with your fine country, Noordenwind." Rafi looks around again and pockets the exquisite silverware off the table for collection. "Cristiaan, to be honest, I can't help but notice what the $%#! happened to your eye?"

The Palaven Government accepted the invitation and sent Rafi whose last name remains undisclosed and is the Speaker of the Palaven Empire. Rafi and his colleagues went into a Airbus A400M Atlas, which would be escorted by two F-22 Raptors for duration of the flight to capital city of Noordenwind in the Northlands. The Airbus A400M Atlas then arrived at the Noordenwind International Airport. Rafi, followed by his colleagues, fidgety walks out of the Atlas and ponders who is going to meet him.

Announcement #2 - June 14th, 2014 "The Palaven Government finds news about Hawaii and Greater Russia making a stand against Imperium of Japan to be disturbing. While we do not have all of information at hand regarding what led to this almost-imminent conflict. We strongly encourage all parties to prevent a conflict involving endless innocents being consumed by war by agreeing to a peaceful solution. In addition, the Government is aware of the heightened activities of the Americans at Naval Station San Diego and is urging its citizens to remain calm." - The Palaven Government

Hershey, Lord of the Palaven Empire, connected to the video call from a secured line in an undisclosed location and is requesting comprehensive evidence of this situation. Lord Hershey then incoherently condemns any government who supports the use of genocides.

I like the idea behind this, though, there needs to be additional or extra points that have to be earned for achievements and such, that, I think, may complicate things, given that this system is well balanced.
