Hey everybody. I have a question and i've asked several players and haven't really gotten a "true" answer. So i wanted to ask here to see if I could get some help. I want to buy the EMP wonder and i had a question on exactly how it works. The phrase that accompanies the wonder is this: "Provides attackers with 5,000 or more technology the option to launch a targeted EMP nuclear attack" Now, I know that it takes 5,000 tech to buy the wonder. but my question is does the attacker have to have 5,000 tech ON HAND to use it. So if you buy the wonder and get into a war and knocked down to say 4,000 tech is that wonder still usuable or is it obsolete until the attacker reaches 5,000 tech again? I hope i am not overlooking a post that has answered this, but for the amount of money it costs to buy it i wanted to make sure i knew for sure. Thanks in advance for your help guys :D

i am extremely proud to see Atlas moving up in the world. Since we declared existence just short of a year ago, Atlas has climbed and climbed. Very rarely do you see an alliance move forward without taking at least one step back..Atlas is the exception. Congratulations to my great friends Alexio, Lucius, Sax, Slim, and the rest of the crew. I support this treaty. NSF has a great group of guys over there and i am sure Atlas will be good allies for them. i'll be keeping eye on how this develops over time. good luck to both alliances.

i am extremely pleased to see this treaty. The guys at Atlas have worked very hard over the last several months to meet the obligations that a treaty such as this requires. Alexio has done great work in keeping everyone together and his crew have taken some steps to assure constant activity and growth. I am confident this was a wise choice and a nice stepping stone for Atlas, who has a great future ahead of them. i agree with you on the education of our younger nations. far too many times i've met come to meet rulers who have been in this game for some time and faithfully serving an alliance, only to see they are not being given good instructions on how to approach other alliances for discussions/consultations nor are they educated on the treaties/allies that their mother alliance has worked so hard to mature. new nations aren't the only ones that are negligent..some very old nations also have no idea what is going on, but are still hired to do FA work for their alliance. i support the idea of FA courses for new leaders and i hope that you can get some people willing to join up and learn :D there has long been discussions of "worldy" universities where anyone from anywhere can learn but are brought down by politics. good luck with this venture!!
