I was impressed by my NATO target. Despite overwhelming odds, he fought back, and did the maximum amount of damage that he could. It helped that my SDI is apparently broken, too!

This would be pretty impossible to do unless someone had a ton of time, but I'd love to see the average time spent in PM per alliance (and coalition), which would answer the "PM is a tactic" versus "Hiding in PM forever" question.

If GOONS were truly toadies to MK, they would have had forced to eject ReyTheGreat based on how awful his posting is. I think that in itself is an argument against the idea of MK toadies. Edit: typing on a phone is difficult.

Valhalla has not participated (at least not in this one) in two of the last three wars. Granted, you have your reasons, just like we had ours last war when we saw limited action. I still think any alliance can use a global war to push their agenda some way, even if they are not directly involved (see TOP in Bipolar, perfect example). Also, many of the ex-Kronos and ex-NoR members were very fond of Valhalla, and we had respect for Olympus, for the most part. Again, not sure where that came from. Lastly, the point that we want you to fight our war - again, not sure what that comes from! I couldn't care less what side you were a part of if you were to join the war. We learned it's not fun to deprive our members of war, and I'm not sure why your alliance would want to do that, regardless of politics. That said, congrats on your merger. I hope to see exciting things from this alliance.

You sure do talk a lot about anarchy despite avoiding two of the last three wars.

Moo was a pretty smart guy, and that's a damn shame we lost him so early. I hope his family is doing alright.

I always felt like imposing reps gave people something to fight for. However reps are an inefficient process in itself so I would rather avoid them.

I've never really been a fan of CnG's MADP policy, since that is a bit outdated. Certainly not a bloc I would want to willingly partake in. That, and none of the original alliances in CnG are present in the bloc anymore shows its certainly past it's glory years. However, the bloc itself has remained steadfast, and has lasted through many changes, so congrats on that.

You could say the situation was very similar to TPF-STA in the last war. STA pretty much burned to a crisp while their fancy new MDoAP partners in TPF stuck with NPO as they normally did. That treaty still stands today - I'm assuming because there was a mutual agreement between TPF and STA prior to that war happening, so I'm not really sure why everyone gives Umbrella grief over this similar situation (edit: I actually do, I'm just humoring you guys).
