Honestly I don't see why I (or anyone with half a brain) should be hailing you for not asking for reparations. Reparations are given by someone that did something wrong (like starting an aggressive war for no real reason) NPO did nothing to MK, Umbrella, GOONS, FAN or Nordreich that would be considered wrong post-Karma surrender. It is you that should be paying reps to NPO. Of course, you're on the winning side so that will never happen, but still.
