So let me get this right.... They have less then 10 members (Most alliances don't even recognize alliances under 15 members) they don't have a protectorate agreement and they are upset that someone sent them a recruitment message. To me and quite a few others their is no difference between them and someone flying the "none" alliance affiliation.

The NADC in it's past has had a disastrous foreign affairs team, this much I know from my past experience not as a member of Polaris but as a former Triumvir for the Mostly Harmless Alliance. I will not speculate as to whether they are still as ... well... stupid... about foreign affairs as they once were but we can only pray that they have learned from their mistakes. Back onto topic eventually I hope that all blue alliances can come forth to work with us.

The war clause is ridiculous, you can't expect an alliance to move that amount of money and tech if you destroy all but 7 of their nations. I support every clause in the surrender terms but that one.
