What can I say? The Terran Empire is a talented group and they are an Alliance that is moving up. It's a great thing to see this treaty come to pass. From the conversations in the High Council Chambers to those in our regular forums, it was abundantly clear that the PPO/CCC friendship was long overdue to be placed in writing and made official. o/PPO
